Nibelungen-Camping am Schwimmbad

A wonderful and quiet campsite, located on the outskirts near the swimming pool. The sanitary facilities were very clean. Our pitch was spacious enough with water and drainage on site. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Fresh rolls for breakfast are available nearby at the supermarket. Even on Sunday, a bakery is open about 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop located there. With public transport, Weinheim and Heppenheim are easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this site.

Catastrophe! I was locked out of our camper with my son around 7:30 PM in persistent rain, and the key was inside. No chance of getting a spare key. All our valuables were inside. So I called ADAC. They could only arrive shortly after 10 PM and wanted to come with a crane. By that time, the barrier was closed. A long-term camper informed me that the operators could only be reached outside of check-in hours, after 6 PM, via the emergency button at the barrier. The operator told me that this was not an emergency and that the barrier would remain closed for me until 11 AM the next day, and that after 1 PM, there would be a lunch break... It was not his problem where we would sleep. How can one be so inhumane as to literally leave a mother with a child standing in the rain at night?!

A very nicely arranged place, clearly defined parcels bordered by hedges. Everything is very well maintained, friendly and helpful operators. Quietly located and all the campers during our visit were very friendly and quiet, exemplary compliance with the quiet hours. An ideal place to relax and recuperate!

I was able to enjoy a few days. Very quiet and also clean. Friendly welcome from a nice family. Unfortunately, I was there outside the season.

👍 Here you can truly relax. The operators are very nice, the site is beautifully laid out, and the modern sanitary facilities were in tip-top shape despite the weather. Dishwasher and more. Everything you need is easily reachable on foot.

👍 Fijn. Redelijk nieuw sanitair. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: Ruime plekken. 👎 Jammer dat er op de camping zelf niets te beleven was en dat tussen 1300 en 1500 rusttijd is dus niet met de auto door de slagboom kan. Standplaats/Huuraccommodatie: Vele wespen en hoornaars savonds snachts in en bij de toilet gebouwen.
