Good family place. Anyone can arrive without prior notice and choose their own pitch. Since there is hardly any recognizable plot division, it is completely chaotic during the high season. In the first row directly by the lake, it almost seems grotesque. Those must pay an extra 6 euros and are annoyed because, of course, everyone else also wants to be by the water. And vice versa. All day long, campers drive around the site to find a suitable spot. Others move to supposedly better places. This brings a lot of unrest. A good location alone is not always enough. Cozy could be different. But if you like it. We would rate the sanitary facilities between good and satisfactory. The small restaurant is cozy and the staff is very friendly. The quality of the food could be better. The concept of the pitches needs improvement. Unfortunately, this does not suit us.

Beware of this camping!!! We stayed 3 nights at this camping. The pitches are uneven, have holes and roots. You can hardly walk over the pitch without stumbling. When it rains, the holes fill up and it becomes a swampy landscape. You have to walk far to the washing houses and there is only one place with hot water. Near the washroom, there is also a dirty sex toys vending machine. Then at checkout the kicker: we paid a whopping 220€ for the stay. An electricity fee of 12€! is charged and additionally a waste fee. Absolute rip-off. And billing is not based on the pitch, but according to what is written somewhere. It may well be that suddenly more buses or something else are on your pitch. Water and waste water as it says in the ADAC app, is nowhere to be found!! Totally outrageous and we will never come back!!!

The location by the lake is great, but paying an extra €6 for that, while half of the campsite runs through the area to get to the lake... that is questionable. No proper parceling, the paths to the toilets are quite long and tiring. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Campsites, due to the moor area, are always wet and dirty. The restaurant is not very recommendable, even worse and more expensive are the frozen pizzas. The bread roll service also leaves much to be desired... I'd rather ride my bike to the village and get some good rolls. Where have all the nice seasonal campers gone? In the past, you would always get help, now the place is only characterized by tourism. It gives the impression that only profit greed prevails here. It's a shame for the great previous ambiance. Only location isn't everything, especially with the inflated prices... but the market does seem to allow it.

Positive: + Parking spaces directly by the water possible Negative: - Very expensive — Off-season for us: — Large RV 10.50 euros — Car 6.50 euros — Lake spot 6.00 euros — 2 persons 21.00 euros — 2 dogs 7.60 euros — Electricity 4.00 euros — Garbage for 2 persons 5.60 euros — Tourist tax for 2 persons 4.80 euros — Total 66 euros per night in the off-season!!! - Parking spaces by the water +6 euros/day - Too few toilets distributed throughout the area - The small toilets on the site are cleaned only twice a day - Hot water only at the top of the slope - Mini parking spaces, tightly packed - Double occupancy is standard here - No reservations possible - Overpriced shop - Canned food restaurant - Few water refill stations - Wastewater only once centrally on the site At this site, the owners are only interested in profit maximization. There is only one positive thing, and that is the location. Otherwise, we cannot recommend this site.

Super beautiful campsite right at Lake Titisee. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Toilets and showers are cleaned multiple times a day. We were camping there for a week and had a really nice time. Highly recommended. We found the price completely reasonable; we've camped at more expensive places. Wi-Fi and electricity are charged as a flat rate. Showers are included in the price.

This charming nature camping site is located directly by the lake, we stood there for a weekend in early July in the front row, no more than 10 steps from the water. Swimming is possible for both humans and dogs along the entire shoreline of the site. The sanitary facilities are simple, but sufficient and well maintained. However, you should be fit as most of it is located up the hill. The site is only roughly divided, you rummage a bit right and left and then it fits. It has something of cozy camping, at least directly by the lake... There is an exceptionally relaxed atmosphere. At the site, there is a small store for the essentials, a boat rental, and a small restaurant directly by the water. Around the site, the fox and hare say good night, and in Titisee-Neustadt, the sidewalks were rolled up early. On Saturdays, a bus service runs every hour into town (if it indeed arrives), but on foot, you can also reach there in a good half hour along the road. The slightly longer hiking trail around the lake is nicer. A deduction in stars is for the price! We paid as a family with 2 children/teenagers and a dog in our camper almost 80,-€ per night, that is quite a sum! The supermarket prices are also steep, for example, 3.50€ for a 500g pack of spaghetti.

The good first. It is really very nicely located right by the Titisee 🏖️ and the sanitary facilities are relatively clean. Unfortunately, there is only one washroom with warm water and it is up the mountain. Not suitable for people with foot or back problems. This really needs to be changed. Now to how we experienced it. Friendliness at check-in and in the kiosk, I know it differently. This is a flat 5. Pony riding? Absent. Called several times and spoke with staff from the kiosk. No one felt able to take care of it. Very, very unfortunate for children who were looking forward to it. Also a 5. Pitches are partly well situated by the lake. But 5€ per day surcharge for a mere plot where you can spit on your neighbor's plate is to us nothing but a scam. In double rows and that makes 2, so on about 50m² pure parking space 4 RVs, an impossible situation. For everything you pay extra ... pitch, car, persons, electricity, trash ... So we spent 211€ for 3 days. That's really too much and gives the impression that the owners are only interested in making money now. Sure, other places are also expensive, but for almost 50-70m² per pitch, great location by the lake or river, and friendliness, I would gladly pay 150€ for 3 days. We will not visit this campsite 🏕️ again and will not recommend it either. We really travel a lot with the camper, but we have never experienced anything like this. Very, very unfortunate 😕.

After being on site for several years in a row, we still like it very much and we will definitely come back. Staying right by the lake is simply great and the sanitary facilities are still always clean and in good order. However, the price level is, in my opinion, now borderline - we paid a total of 62.40 € per night (including ADAC discount) with three people (2 adults, 1 child) with a trailer and a pitch directly by the lake (supplement of 5,-€/night). Of course, everything is getting more expensive, but 2.50 € waste fee per adult/night is already hefty, for example. The kiosk on site is still great, but even there the prices have really become "salty". Hoping that the price spiral does not continue to turn, we look forward to our next stay.
