We spent a week at the end of September with our caravan, and we enjoyed it immensely. The site is situated in a breathtaking location, and everything was excellent, from the service and friendliness to the sanitary facilities and the campsite itself. There are very diverse recreational activities available (cycling, paddling, sailing) in nature, as well as cultural options due to the proximity to Plön. What saddened us was the rule that our caravan in the front row could not be positioned with the hitch facing the lake; we would have enjoyed a unique view.
