We, a family with a child, felt very comfortable here despite the proximity to the highway.. the nicely managed gastronomy and excursion tips at the reception are great too.. we would like to take a picture of it.. the lake invites young explorers to discover nature... for the autumn holidays about 1 week great..

A great quiet and well-maintained site 7.5 kilometers away from Soltau. Very natural, with great pitches by the lake, which invite you to swim and linger. The site is located in the woods. Very friendly staff. The highway is audible but hardly noticeable during the day and does not disturb at night in the caravan (site 180). The bathrooms, other sanitary facilities, and dishwashing options are well-maintained (if campers do not mess them up), but they are limited and rather cramped. Unfortunately, the dishwashing water is (almost) cold. The technology for disposing of the chemical toilet needs to be revised, as only a little water comes from the tap; many campers use the drinking water supply at the washing houses 😱. All in all, a great stay over Ascension Day. We will certainly come back 👍.
