(Almost) unbeatable as a motorhome parking space. Generously laid out, all pitches are paved, sanitary facilities are very clean. The electronic check-in/check-out with the service cards works excellently, unless the power goes out at night, as happened to us. The very friendly staff was able to help quickly. Two small downsides: every drop of water costs extra, even for washing dishes, and there is nothing nearby that would justify a longer stay. We spared ourselves the 90 crowns entrance fee to climb the over 200 steps up the tower.

Here, the operator has succeeded in creating a really beautiful site for motorhomes. Around the lakes, the pitches (some with wooden terraces) are arranged. Of course, dogs are allowed and welcomed. There is a dog meadow (enclosed dog forest) where dogs can romp around off-leash as they please. The sanitary building is super clean and modern. There is a mini-golf course, a restaurant, an ice cream shop, and an observation tower. The staff is super friendly, and the ambiance is appealing. So, before heading to the huge site in Rømø for free, as it is overcrowded anyway, Marsk Camp offers a cozy and hyggelig alternative.
