A camper pitch without electricity was rented for one night. The path from the reception to the actual campsite was quite far. Only after multiple inquiries was it explained that the pitches without electricity are at the tent areas. However, these were inaccessible by car due to barriers and large stones. The staff at the reception did not know what to do; then wanted to assign a pitch in front of the campsite, where there was currently a parking lot due to an event. No pitch could be shown - the actual campsite (where enough pitches were free) was only for campers with electricity. A search for a pitch lasted 1.5 hours (also due to the long walk to the reception), without success. Subsequently, the reservation was canceled and the overnight fee was requested back.
