Lisebergs Camping Askim Strand

We used the campsite so that we wouldn't have to drive long after our day trip to Gothenburg. The reception was unfriendly and the sanitary facilities were clean and adequate. Otherwise, it doesn't have much flair. Caravans are parked very close to each other.

Large area, caravans and campers close together. Not really what one understands as a relaxed atmosphere. Sanitary facilities clean.

Reception open from 7 AM to 4 PM. When we arrived much later, very helpful security staff gave us the map with instructions. We were allowed to choose a free parking space ourselves. It is a large facility with clean service buildings and is located right by the sea. Electricity, fresh water, gray water, black water, waste, kitchen, communal dining room, WiFi, communal shower, and children's playgrounds are all free and easily accessible. There are washing machines and dryers, and also a mini-golf course. We felt very comfortable as the many people were able to spread out well.

We headed to the campsite to pay a visit to Gothenburg. Therefore, we stayed only 2 nights. The staff is very nice and helpful. The sanitary facilities are modern and clean. Cooking and washing up was also quite possible. Unfortunately, the site has hardly any shade. However, it is located right by the water. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to get to the center. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. For our short stay, it was absolutely okay.

Large campsite directly by the sea. The pitches are located in the front part towards the sea. In the back part (on the slope) are the huts. There are above-average numbers of Germans at the campsite. Many dogs can also be seen. The sanitary facilities are new/modern and clean. The campsite is close to the town. An ICA (supermarket) is 3 minutes away by car.

Beautiful place near Gothenburg - we rode about 11 km to the city center. Great service and modern equipment. Kitchen with oven, microwave, and stove - as well as showers, everything included, even electricity. Water right at the door for kite surfing but not optimal - it is done occasionally.
