Beautifully and quietly situated
Directly on the Maas and at the ferry. Arcen can be reached on foot via a hiking trail along the Maas (one does not have to walk on the street). Sanitary facilities are kept simple. When the place is full, it could get cramped, as there are not very many toilets and showers.

Small, beautifully located campsite
The campsite is situated in a very scenic location right by the Maas. A ferry across the Maas is right at the campsite (also for cars). Cyclists will get their money's worth here.
