Check-in was hassle-free, location is right by the lake, Pool only as a wading pool for children, restaurant not recommended (we had seafood) spaces are very small, not suitable for larger motorhomes! 7.6 m is the maximum! Staff very friendly Site is very well maintained but on a slight slope. No trace of glamping!!

Nice little campsite at Lake Idro, we were there already at the end of April this year. We had a spot right by the lake. The site is very clean, including the toilets and shower area. The staff was very friendly at the reception and in the restaurant. However, the area and the towns around the lake were still very sleepy, it was just April.

In search of a special campsite with the motorhome by Lake Idro, I came across Glamping Boutique Idro. We are both seniors and quickly noticed that the pitch and the surrounding area did not meet our expectations. At the pitch, anyone could park wherever they wanted, so no blade of grass could grow, it was simply dirty and stony, plus small parcels. No site manager. The sanitary facilities were average, the showers very narrow. The swimming pool is 100% geared towards children, so nothing for us. Cycling tours are not possible from the site, the road is too dangerous. The slope to the lake is steep and rocky, not suitable for us. No jetty or stairs. For young families who want to know their children are well taken care of, it is a nice place. Overall, the description is misleading.

The campsite is located near the idyllic small village. We had a pitch with a lake view. We noticed that the lower pitches are very sloped and have many stones and gravel. Not very suitable for camping with a tent. We missed the "lawn area" as it was practically non-existent. There are four shower stalls available for men. In my opinion, that's too few. The hot tub was broken upon arrival and could not be repaired during our stay. German is only spoken at the reception. The grocery store has only a limited selection. It is very difficult for motorhome users, as they are bound to the site and the nearest supermarket is quite hard to reach, even by bike. The cleaning staff was a bit grumpy and not particularly thorough. For children, the campsite is an oasis. The early season discount was granted to us only after we got PinCamp involved. Despite all of this, we had nice vacation days after getting used to the weather. Only on the last evening, which we wanted to conclude at the restaurant, we were upset that a pizza meal was refused to us because that evening was "Italian Night." We were faced with the decision to either join in or leave. We did not think that was very good.

We had a mobile home. Everything was very clean and very practical. Proximity to the lake is very beneficial. Good location also for hiking. Camping spots are directly by the lake.

Great location, enough space for RVs, caravans, family tents, mobile homes also bookable, direct location by the water, kiosk with everything you might need at short notice, restaurant also available, sauna, pool for the little ones 👍🏼, only when showering at night it can happen that the light goes out since it is motion sensor-activated, otherwise a very nicely furnished place that you would love to come back to.

New campsite located on the shore. Everything included: pool, restaurant, market, etc. Ideal for families.

This is how a modern campsite should be. Super friendly staff! Well equipped... with everything a camper needs. Very good restaurant. Everything spotlessly clean and new... toilets 🚻 showers 🚿... Tip Top. We would gladly come back ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️
