Very friendly and helpful staff, the sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day and are also in clean condition. There is a mini kiosk on site, dogs are allowed, you can pre-order fresh trout for the next day which will then be specially caught, e.g., for grilling. Campfires in fire baskets allowed, wood and fire baskets are provided. And of course a great view of the mountains.

A gem directly on the Soca. Upon check-in, every guest receives a key which serves as access to the campsite, as the entrance is equipped with a gate that can be opened with the key. (Opposite is a parking lot for hikers who would otherwise walk through the campsite). There are no designated spots; everyone places themselves wherever they want. It is advisable to bring a sufficiently long power cable, as the power boxes are scattered across the area. The grounds are mostly flat, so not much leveling is required. There are 2 restroom buildings available that are super clean and modern. Bistro with the option to buy rolls in the morning and pizza in the evening, also for take-away. The operator offers guests the possibility to rent a fire bowl; necessary firewood can be purchased for €4.50 per sack (which lasted us for two evenings). In my opinion, the camping fee is completely reasonable at €33 per night for 2 people with a large motorhome. All in all, absolute recommendation, we will come back!

It is worth highlighting the fantastic location of this place in the Triglav National Park and the resulting fantastic scenery from every pitch. Also, the immediate proximity to the Soca is a big plus. Unfortunately, due to the elevation difference, there are no pitches directly by the water. The sanitary facilities were clean, but there were only two showers per gender in one of the washhouses, which led to lines in the evening. The water temperature of the showers fluctuated significantly within a "douching session" (sometimes very hot, sometimes lukewarm, sometimes very cold). There was a very good selection of baked goods in the morning. There is a good water and electricity supply throughout the entire site. What I still want to emphasize, and why we almost left again, was the very unfriendly staff, especially at the reception. One has the impression that actually, no one really wants to have camping guests, which I have never encountered at any camping site and found it really unacceptable.

The best campsite we have ever been at. Free choice of spots without parcels, incredibly beautiful scenery with a view of the mountains. Located right by the Soča River with a trail running along the river. Stunning waterfalls in the area. The atmosphere was very pleasant, making it easy to chat with other guests. For breakfast, there were pistachio croissants at the campsite that are highly recommended. The sanitary facilities (as well as the entire campsite) were very clean, but the water temperature in the showers varied a lot, which was impractical with a small child. The staff was very friendly. A definite recommendation for all active holidaymakers and families with children. However, those who enjoy pretending to be alone at the campsite and do not wish to interact with others may want to consider another site.

Pretty much the most beautiful campsite we have ever been to. Charming mountain backdrop, sites freely selectable, campfires allowed, right by the very refreshing Soča (great jumping opportunities just 50m away). A small supermarket can be reached by bike in five minutes. Playground for the little ones, table tennis for the big ones. Sanitary facilities are constantly cleaned, I can't complain about anything here.

Beautifully situated on the large Soča meanders, this site is popular due to the many very good and good reviews. The surroundings are stunning, without a doubt, and the operators of the campsite are very helpful and friendly. There is a roll service and a super tasty buckwheat bread with walnut kernels, simply delicious. What we liked less or not at all is the hustle and bustle at the campsite; everyone moves and plays where they want, without much consideration for other campers. Families and groups with children are welcome (which is great), but they also spread out so much that other campers have no opportunity to have peace and quiet. The choice of spots is free, and some groups have beautifully delineated their area with ropes and laundry items, which certainly isn't necessarily in accordance with the campsite operators’ intentions. To separate the players from the campers, it would certainly be better to designate an area as a play field for ball games, etc., so that kicked balls don’t hit the caravan or RV. Another point - not completely understandable in terms of climate change - is the availability of fire bowls, which are used frequently, resulting in unnecessary CO2 being released into the air every evening and the entire atmosphere being impregnated with wood smoke. The sanitary facilities are clean and are continuously maintained, which is very commendable. Overall, a superbly located campsite, and those who enjoy the bustle will feel right at home here. Those seeking more tranquility might find a smaller site more suitable. P.S.: We were at this site for 6 days in June 22.

You can choose your spot freely, it is super quiet and romantic in the evening when many light a fire in the fire bowls around. We stood at the highest plateau without lighting and a bit of a walk to the next ever further away washing house. Think of a long cable reel, as electrical boxes are often far away, allowing you to choose your spot independently of that. The surroundings are a paradise for excursions and even in September we dared a jump into the ice-cold Soca.

Very nice campsite with free choice of pitches, top clean and professionally managed. Generously laid out. Absolutely recommendable. We booked for 5 days but left early due to the weather. We were only charged for the actual time spent. Anytime again!!
