Isola del Paradiso

A quiet little spot on an island with dreamlike sunsets. The young operators are very hospitable and friendly. Many spacious pitches offer a sea view. Simple standard, the sanitary facilities are very old but clean. Due to the location by the lagoon, the water access is poor. The mosquitoes are quite bothersome. There is a pool. A small market sells the essentials; what you need; there are cappuccino and ice cream; at the bar, you can get beer, Aperol, and good Gin, as well as a simple dinner. It's a bit louder on Saturdays, often with live music or a DJ. The crowd ranges from young to old and is international. The Alpe-Adria bike path runs past the road. We were there for the third time and will come back.

Camping on a small island near Grado. Very simple place in the greenery. Private beach. Small bar with Spritz from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for only 3 Euros. A restaurant offering both seafood and meat, affiliated with the camping, is within walking distance. 10% discount.

Very relaxed, warm-hearted, little place! Highly recommended for anyone looking for something beautiful, simple, and close to nature.

The beach has muddy water, it's easy to slip. The music from the bar rumbled all night, even though no guests were there anymore. Bright lighting, no seating assignments, old toilets. Showers broken. Unfriendly service. Long walk in the heat to the bus to Grado (1/2 hour) Ridiculous tiny market only with pasta... We will never come back!

The site is quite quiet. Staff is friendly. You can tell from a few small details that they are trying to improve the site. Well suited for a few days stay to explore the area. Rather unsuitable for a beach holiday. There is a beach (sand) that transitions to mud at the waterline. Also, the tides come into play. Cute, friendly campsite with potential. I wish the young operator couple much success and a lucky hand.

A beautiful little patch of earth. A simple, nature-friendly place. Very friendly and helpful operators. A little paradise.
