I had booked a pitch for my caravan, asking if a late check-out was possible. The late check-out was confirmed to me at check-in on the registration form. On the day of departure, I was called by reception at 11:15, with a request to vacate the pitch. My mention of the late check-out was declared impossible. I was on the way. Immediately after returning to the pitch, I visited reception. As a goodwill gesture, a departure at 15:00 was offered to me. After half an hour, the owner came to the pitch and literally threw us out, in a manner that defies all description. Meanwhile, the lady from reception had gone on break.

Very nice reception. All pitches on the meadow. A large washhouse with everything you need. A small toilet house by the lake. Always clean!!! It goes very shallow into the water, very good for small children. Thursdays a bit louder due to a youth group from the youth hostel next door. But at 9 PM it is quiet! Ossiach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
