Regenbogen Husum

The staff is very friendly, always helpful and eager to find a solution to problems. We have been there for the third time now and must say that the location of the pitch is uniquely good. By reading the reviews beforehand, you know that the campsite is somewhat off the beaten path, but as a result, there is no road noise or similar disturbances. Most campers bring bicycles, so it’s absolutely no issue to cycle the approximately 2 km to Husum. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated; there are even still two-hand faucets in the showers (there's a warning sign in front of the door about the burn risk at 62 degrees Celsius), but the facilities are cleaned daily. The cleanliness is therefore ensured, but trying to make old sanitary equipment shiny is challenging; you can't make it look nice. This is where the operator is called upon, which is why I've deducted some points. All in all, a great campsite.

A charming little campsite that offers a lot of tranquility. The sanitary facilities and kitchen were very clean and adequate. The reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Water supply and disposal services were available. No extra costs. A short walk to the North Sea. Just a few minutes by bike to Husum. Pure relaxation.

The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated. This isn't a major issue as long as everything is clean and in order. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Some shower heads don't stay in their holders. Shelves for shower gel are sometimes crooked and tilted. The basin taps are medieval and hard to adjust. It would be advisable to remove cobwebs and similar debris from the corners. Moreover, the smell of urine from the toilets is simply unacceptable. The staff is very friendly and nice. The sites are large and spacious. For those who aren't disturbed by any of this and who don't require perfection, this is the right place. Best regards, Peter Stanke

The beach area is currently a construction site. This needs to be clearly communicated on the website! Limited shower times are not up-to-date, just like the showers themselves. The sanitary facilities have seen better days. The grey water disposal is akin to a target exercise. A proper drainage channel is needed here. Otherwise: good location, very friendly staff. Playground available. Price a bit high - especially due to the construction.

The restroom facilities need to be updated. Otherwise, it is very peacefully located. Just what you need to unwind.

The best part was the location. I had to leave 4 days early due to a serious bike accident. Response: Personal bad luck, what a shame!!!

A very lovely and peaceful location. You can actually only hear the wind and the sheep on the dyke.
