In itself, a beautiful campsite, great indoor pool, nice playgrounds both indoors and outdoors. In summer, it is certainly a great bathing lake. However, it is more suited for families with small children (up to about 6 years). Unfortunately, everything that is fun is forbidden in the swimming pool, and the beautifully designed paddling pool was super cold, making it completely unsuitable for the target group. The height of impudence is the strict opening hours of the barrier! I have never experienced anything like this. At EXACTLY 8 PM, the barrier closes and will not be opened under any circumstances for entry. We arrived at 8:03 PM and had to endure a very unfriendly employee reprimanding us for pressing the call button at the barrier. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Unfortunately, it makes it impossible to go on outings or to eat in the evening, as you always feel the pressure to be back at 8 PM!!

The pitches are unfortunately very uneven, which causes problems with large caravans. The sanitary facilities are not sufficient but are kept clean despite rain and mud. There is a lot offered for families without extra charges, which is very commendable: mini-golf, indoor swimming pool with a large children's area, BMX track, playgrounds, and childcare. The restaurant is very good and recommended. Fresh rolls and drinks are available at the small supermarket. An Edeka is reachable within a 5-minute walk.

Great offer for children - otherwise not worth 5 stars - pitches very uneven - close to neighbors - sanitary facilities always clean, but only 1/4 occupied, based on our experience at full occupancy there are too few sanitary facilities, especially showers - toilet cassette machine very annoying loud - hardly any internet - phone calls were already difficult, WLAN almost never - barrier times very, very borderline - no flexibility in booking or different standards: supposedly only weekly in season, a neighbor booked only 5 nights, early request to reduce by one night was denied - friendliness of the reception depends on the staff member - electricity as expensive as never before: 1 kWh costs €1! - restaurant recommended.

The first days we had bad weather. But that was no problem. Our pitch was gravel, so our awning and the caravan stayed clean. The children could go to the play tent, childcare, or the great indoor pool. In nice weather, we could try out the various free offerings like mini-golf, adventure golf, football golf, and BMX track. The lake was a bit too natural for us 😉 but the surrounding area was very nicely landscaped. The sanitary facilities are not top modern but were always clean.

This place makes children's hearts beat faster. Whether it's an indoor pool, indoor playground, lake, or animals - everything can be found here. It has to be this way since there's nothing around it. We stood on the camping meadow, where Schuko plugs are still actually used. I'm surprised that this is still allowed at all. Furthermore, there were too few water taps. The sanitary building under the swimming pool is heavily outdated and urgently needs to be renewed. For the children, we will definitely come back for an extended weekend, but certainly not for a longer stay.

Hello everyone, we are now going for the third time to the Hegi camping and the offer is simply unbeatable for children. The staff was always friendly when we needed it. All sanitary rooms were always clean, and it should be noted that it is not possible to stand 24/7 at the sanitary rooms to clean. But the shower heads in the showers could be replaced, that would be my only complaint. Hegi is perfect for children and families, even horseback riding is offered by a very nice horse owner who has a real heart and love for her animals and at 25 euros per hour it is not too expensive. And in that sense, have fun at Hegi.....🏕️🏕️🏕️

We were at the Hegi Campsite for 11 days and were very satisfied. Positive: Despite the bad weather, the kids (6 and 9) could do a lot of activities. + Indoor playground + Kids club with crafts and painting + Daily evening children's cinema + Indoor pool with a well-heated pool In good weather: + Large playground + Mini golf, adventure golf, football field + Go-kart rental + Nice swimming lake It's great that you don't need to pay extra for any of this. The restaurant on-site is highly recommended. All dishes were super delicious and reasonably priced. The sanitary facilities were always clean. They were also cleaned multiple times daily. However, we have a few small points of criticism. - Sanitary facilities are not adequate for the size of the campsite. In the morning, many had to brush their teeth in the toilet because all washing facilities were occupied. - The newly designed area for toddlers in the pool is very nice, but unfortunately, the water there is much colder than in the main pool. - Wi-Fi, despite supposed improvements, is unfortunately not available, which is annoying since there's no mobile network there either. - Feed dispenser at the petting zoo is outdated - Mini-golf courses need renovation - The small supermarket at the reception is completely overpriced (good & cheap salami and the only lactose-free cheese, each pack for 7.20 Euros) Good that Edeka is not far away. Overall, we would recommend the campsite for families with children under 10. Older kids might get bored. It worked well for us.

Numerous adventures await the youngest guests at Hegi Familien Camping in Hegau: the leisure lake is just as exciting as the beautiful indoor pool at the campsite. A playground, a youth centre, a mini-golf course and a large tent also offer countless opportunities to let off steam. Parents can look forward to relaxing in the wellness oasis. The ADAC super pitch with five stars is very popular with campers at PINCAMP.
Located between Lake Constance and the Black Forest near the town of Tengen, Hegi Familien Camping offers a varied leisure programme for young and old. The 18-hectare site is situated in a quiet, rural location with a small stream running through it. The pitches at the campsite are at least 100 square metres in size and are equipped with electricity, fresh water and waste water connections. WLAN is also included in the price of the pitch. As an alternative to the pitches, campers can rent a mobile home. Self-catering campers can prepare their own meals at the barbecue area. The Campino restaurant also caters for your physical well-being.
Water rats feel particularly at home at Hegi Familien Camping. They can enjoy carefree hours at the natural swimming lake, which is around 6,000 square metres in size. Swimming jetties and a slide lead you into the cool water. The indoor pool with a large separate children's pool promises swimming fun regardless of the weather. The volcano tent is also a popular meeting place: the sail conceals bouncy castles, table tennis tables and many other attractions. The mini-golf course has plenty of challenges in store. There are also plenty of opportunities to play in the youth room, where the children's cinema takes place every day. During the holiday season, the youngest children from four to twelve years old can have fun with craft workshops, adventure hikes and other activities organised by the dedicated entertainers.
While the kids are having a great time, parents can relax in the wellness oasis with steam bath and sauna. Hegi Familien Camping lives up to its ADAC Superplatz award in many respects. Spacious pitches and plots, comfortable rental accommodation, an entertaining play tent for children, a well-kept recreational lake with bathing facilities and a comprehensive range of services all speak in favour of a stay at this idyllic campsite. Excursions to the town of Tengen and the rural region are an enrichment for every camper. Guests give Hegi Familien Camping excellent ratings on PINCAMP. There are further discounts at the campsite on request with the ADAC Campingcard.
