We really enjoyed our stay at the campsite in Hafencamp. I would like to highlight the work of the cleaning staff in particular. Despite the rainy weather, everything was always very clean in the sanitary area. A big compliment for that! During breakfast at Café Eispause, we had a very nice and attentive staff member who served us. She was very open and accommodating towards me and my grandson! I often visit Hafencamp and really appreciate the extremely friendly and helpful team. I am always positively impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the sanitary facilities. However, the swimming docks at my berth are not very practical, as getting on or off the boat is not really easy. Additionally, the number of cleats and bollards could be improved since securing with springs can only be done poorly. A dock directly at the slipway would significantly ease this process. Nevertheless, my overall verdict is truly more than positive, thus it's a clear recommendation. Moreover, there is also a café with delicious ice cream, and for those without a boat, a very friendly and competent boat rental. So, don’t hesitate, but always keep a spot open for me !!
