Change of ownership in December 2025 and the consequences: - Location still fantastic - Booking and check-in: ONLY possible online - NO open reception - Significant price increase in all areas - If you want to book a specific spot, it costs an additional 75 dkk, which we find unreasonable since you already do everything yourself - There is NO proper price list - Hidden costs: 10 dkk for 4 minutes of warm shower, must be booked in advance via an app, balance is NOT refunded - Kiosk poorly stocked - We met many guests (and helped them) who were overwhelmed by the whole system - For each booking, you receive a six-digit code, which you must enter at every door. This results in a constant beeping from entering the code.

Parking spaces are sufficiently large and easy to access, spaces directly by the sea are advisable. Everything is well organized, especially I like the multiple kitchens available for the public! One annoying issue is the use of the code (e.g. also for the toilets). Those traveling with a dog should choose spaces near the end, as there is direct access to the forest here. Caution: You can stay on the site until 1:00 PM, but the check-out is only until 12:00 PM and then again at 2:00 PM 😎, which almost became my "downfall"... After that the code doesn’t work anymore.

Very beautiful location in a nature reserve. Very friendly and organized. The location is wonderful, definitely book front row by the water if possible. Sanitary facilities are not brand new but very well maintained and everything is clean! Season ends in mid-September. The city is really worth a visit.
