Mostly flat grassy terrain with some hedges and mostly young deciduous trees. A hill in the middle of the campground. By the Fyris River. Adjacent to a sports hall and football field. Some pitches are gravelled.

Good city camping with questionable site allocation.
Good city camping that is quiet at night. During the day moderate noise level due to adjacent sports facilities and pool. Ideal for a city visit. Plot size good, location to the city also good, sanitary facilities not good, entire facility is in need of maintenance.

The campsite is only 2 km from the center of Uppsala. It is a manageable walk. From our perspective, this is the central criterion for a city campsite. Very open space without trees or delineation of plots. No atmosphere. Sanitary facilities and supply and disposal exemplary.
