We were at the reception in July 2024, just to stay for one night. Although various places were not occupied, we were rejected by a younger employee from a distance: 'everything is occupied'. Apparently, it was too much effort for this person for a short-stay guest.

There for one night. Because of the Gamla Upplasa. Was good. Toilets clean. The reception is next to the swimming pool.

Good city camping that is quiet at night. During the day moderate noise level due to adjacent sports facilities and pool. Ideal for a city visit. So far everything is fine, but: Since we do not need electricity (solar panels on the roof), we were placed in the furthest corner. Since our caravan is a bit larger, this spot was not feasible for us. Reluctantly, we had to take a spot with electricity supply and pay the electricity fee, even though we did not need it and the entire site was occupied at a maximum of 10%. A strange behavior for the otherwise environmentally conscious Swedes.

Plot size good, location to the city also good, sanitary facilities not good, entire facility is in need of maintenance.

The campsite is only 2 km from the center of Uppsala. It is a manageable walk. From our perspective, this is the central criterion for a city campsite. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about here. The pitches are large enough, but they are not very shady, and the sanitary facilities are somewhat older, but perfectly acceptable. As a city campsite, it is absolutely recommended and at 350 SEK per night for two people, it is also relatively affordable.

We were just passing through for one night, very close to the thermal spa with restaurant and adventure pool. Ideal for families, booking the spot at the thermal cash register - payment by credit card without any problems, uncomplicated and simple - but well maintained including barbecue area, access restrictions by barrier, everything clean and well-kept, even in the evening patrols on the site by security - we found that very positive.

Quietly located campsite. Service building is good. Relatively inexpensive place. City can be reached on foot easily.

Very open space without trees or delineation of plots. No atmosphere. Sanitary facilities and supply and disposal exemplary.
