Level, rectangular grass area divided by wide paths with medium-high deciduous trees. Located by a 40 ha large gravel pit lake (gravel works on the opposite shore). Dominated by permanent campers. In a rural environment. Railway line within earshot.

I was right on the campsite for a few days before the Ironman 70.3 in Kraichgau and then for almost a week on an adjacent extended campsite in a field. No Night Quiet
Unfortunately, there was no peace even after 11:30 PM. There was yelling, they were breaking down after a super loud rock concert, and cars were being started. We couldn't find any quiet in the square - and that with a child. Not recommended if you want peace after 10:00 PM.

View of the lake for little money
The site is very well-maintained and is located directly by a bathing lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are suggestions for cycling and hiking tours available. The gastronomy is recommended. The individual pitches are generously spaced. The pitch cost €16.50.

Very nice place for camping, sanitary area clean, lake quickly accessible, playground nearby, my children really enjoyed it.

The groundskeeper is completely overwhelmed with his duties. There is no qualified lifeguard from Monday to Friday.
