We were long-term campers there for several years. Finally, we have drawn a line! The harassment by the site owner and his wife is simply unbearable. The numerous reviews, also on Google, are all true! Unfortunately!

We were here 9 years ago and remembered the beautiful place. It is still the same beautiful area with a lake and canal, but unfortunately quite neglected and therefore not very inviting. The grass is only mowed in some areas and the permanent camping plots mostly look abandoned. The sanitary area was clean, but about 1/3 of the units were defective. The food in the lakeside pavilion was okay, nothing more. Arrival and departure were characterized by a special warmth from the operators. We had the audacity to leave already at 9:30 AM, much to the displeasure of the operator, as the reception only opens at 10 AM. Conclusion: great, unkempt area with a very peculiar friendliness.

We were not here for the first time and also not for the last time. It was very quiet at our comfort spot, but also throughout the entire site. Unusually so for this time. Actually, we would have expected more tourists and also permanent campers. It seemed that there were very few permanent campers and many permanent sites were empty. The facilities were quite unkempt at first. The atmosphere at the site was noticeably tense. Although the lady at the reception was super nice. There seemed to be only friendly solutions to problems and questions with her. Also, the sanitary facilities in our area were completely fine, clean, and always well-maintained by the friendly staff member in charge. Therefore, there was nothing to complain about. However, one lady from the staff often drove around in her car and looked suspiciously at everything and everyone. Once we were also reprimanded by her. But it doesn't matter, we still had a nice, quiet vacation and enjoyed it. We wouldn't particularly highlight the Seepavillon restaurant. Also, the other offers were rather sparse. But some lovely and nice staff really gave their best, that should be emphasized here. Keep up the good work!!!! Overall, it was: Not a big deal, but why not!!!! The area is really great. And the comfort sites are okay.

Came down, no more service, endless potholes, unfriendly, arrogant, and self-righteous owner. Anyone looking for trouble, who breathes too loudly, is in the right place.

Last Sunday we stopped by the campsite to check it out for future stays. But it didn't go that far. I had a flat tire in the parking lot in front of the campsite and had to get our car with the second bike from home. My wife wanted to wait there with the broken bike. What happened next is actually incredible but unfortunately true. The site manager approached my wife and forbade her from waiting in the parking lot. It is private property, and she has no business being there. Although she was ill in both hands, she had to push the heavy broken e-bike 200/300 meters away. The manner and tone are unbelievable. This borders on inhumane treatment. One can only warn against visiting this campsite. It’s unthinkable what kind of shock children would experience when confronted with such behavior. The other comments speak volumes as well. We will never be guests here. No idea how it could receive 4 stars in the ratings.

Before signing a rental contract, one should probably have studied law. I paid a lot of money for no performance. Be sure to agree on everything in writing and also have positions in the contract explained in writing! The problem is that when you ask questions, you only get oral answers. Later, you cannot substantiate or prove any contradictions. I paid a five-digit sum as a lesson! It's a pity; it spoils the atmosphere, and many long-term campers are looking to leave. Yet the site is beautifully located. Unfortunately, I also have to confirm what others have already written: The tone and conduct of the operators towards guests is inappropriate, controlling, devaluing, and unfriendly.

It not only looks like the Wild West, but it also behaves like it... screaming owner, tractor barricades so that you can't get your caravan off the site, kids being chased out of tents.... Shower houses are not cleaned because the cleaner is on vacation, ADAC 5 stars, how is that possible?? This site used to be nice but under different management.

Little to no maintenance of the areas (sand grass across the entire ‘beach’ and the beach playground, basketball and soccer fields are overgrown), staff shortage (the super nice lady at the reception is also no longer there!), incredibly rude owners (apparently also against staff, see above), several washing facilities are closed, corona regulations for overnight guests also require staff - so currently not possible, and everything mentioned about the owner is still the same. Preferably zero stars - better ADAC, please update your rating!
