Bathing is unfortunately prohibited now
A very nice place to relax. A small convenience store with fresh rolls and many other useful things. Unfortunately, the lake is closed due to a landslide. However, there are many hiking and cycling paths. Sanitary facilities are somewhat outdated but clean.

Great Water Quality
Great sanitary facilities and great offers for children. We were thrilled by the small Baltic Sea. The only downside: the restaurants are unfortunately just snack bars, and unfortunately not of such good quality at high prices.
Exceptional

Shady campsite and crystal clear water
Far away from the noise. Ideal for water rats, divers, and athletes. I was out on beautiful running trails and long swimming sessions. Great cycling paths in the area.

Great location, poor site
The location right by this beautiful lake is amazing, a wonderful wide beach and great water sports options (surf school, pedal boat rental, diving, etc.). However, the sanitary facilities are unkempt, outdated, and still pay homage to the GDR era. The campsite itself is not particularly well-mainta… More

Once and never again!
Very large space under pines, very poor hygiene conditions - too few showers and dishwashing places with cold water, emptying of cassette toilets without the possibility of refilling, disposal of dirty water and filling with drinking water only outside at the reception. General cleanliness of the si… More

Gastronomic offers
The comfortable leisure and camping park Helenesee offers a direct lakeside location and an idyllic green area surrounded by coniferous forests. The nearby lake beach is nudist-friendly, but also has separate family areas. This makes the site ideal for a relaxing holiday for two or with the family.
The Helenesee leisure and camping park is in a particularly quiet location, and the nearby shore of the lake of the same name has a picturesque sandy beach that is more than 1 km long. The total area of the site is around 6 hectares and offers a total of 300 pitches. These are divided into areas for families with children, youth groups, adults only and dog owners. The lush coniferous forests provide plenty of shade on the pitches. Other amenities include several Wi-Fi hotspots on the site as well as electricity in some areas. There is also a small supermarket on the site. There is also a volleyball court, football pitch, tennis court, children's playground and table tennis tables for fun and entertainment. Guests can also take part in a windsurfing course on the river, which is also supervised by lifeguards. The Helenesee leisure and camping park offers a particularly natural atmosphere thanks to its lakeside location and the surrounding forests. The next largest city, Frankfurt/Oder, is also only around 12.5 kilometres away. On rainy days, it is also worth visiting one of the many museums here, such as the Kleist Museum or the Brandenburg State Museum of Modern Art. The Eichwald and Buschmühle nature reserve, just 2 km south of the city, is also worth a visit with its numerous hiking options.
