Sanitary facilities and the size of the pitches. You quickly get into conversation with other guests. The only downside was the immense number of annoying flies. We couldn't eat outside in peace in front of the camper. And in the evenings, we had to go on a hunt with the fly swatter.

The lady at the reception as well as the permanent campers are very friendly. When checking in, you pay the full stay directly, and you receive a sheet with rules of conduct, including a quiet time from 1 PM to 3 PM, which must be respected. The operator/staff mow promptly at 1 PM for hours with loud riding lawnmowers and strimmers, even driving over the pitch while you are sitting in front of your caravan. The music that comes from the outdoor sound system of the restaurant can also be annoying. Toilets and showers are old and only moderately clean; you need coins to shower. The sauna, a single small cabin, is open only once a week and costs an extra €10.

We were just passing through to France and stayed here for 1 night in a motorhome. We can't say anything negative. However, we wouldn't want to spend a longer vacation here. It is a bit TOO quiet for that. There's not much attractive in the surroundings. Sinsheim is worth seeing, and of course Karlsruhe. The swimming pool and restaurant (Italian) are good. Showers cost extra.
