Flat meadow terrain, partly with tall birch trees and bushes, and few hedges. On one side adjacent to road and railway line (no train traffic at night), on the other side adjacent to lake and forest.
Access to water
Approx. 50 m long and up to 15 m wide sandy beach with adjoining sunbathing lawn, divided by the boat dock.
