Beautifully located campsite, clean sanitary facilities, but only 3 showers for the many guests, that's just not acceptable! Unfortunately, there was also no drainage option for gray water. Safety distances also seem to be a foreign concept at the site. There was a lot of car traffic from the permanent campers as well. The only silver lining was the connected inn. Completely overpriced at nearly 30,-€. Conclusion: Once and never again!!!

We were here for two nights and would come back. A good starting point for a bike tour through the Albtal. With the S-Bahn, you can reach Karlsruhe in about 30 minutes. The restaurant at the square is highly recommended (definitely reserve for the weekend)

We were greeted by a nice lady who informed us that we could choose our own parking spot. Since we were the first, everything looked spacious. Since there is no subdivision on the field for guests, it quickly became a bit chaotic with more and more guests. The toilets are okay. Notice: The restaurant on the site is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays! Hungry campers should plan accordingly on these two days.

A beautiful, simple campsite with a very good restaurant and friendly staff. Sanitary facilities were clean (showers and toilets) and are in separate buildings. We used the site in May and June on the way to Italy as a stopover. We were able to choose the pitch with electricity for the motorhome ourselves.

Small camping site with very friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant! It is mainly intended for passing travelers. Toilets, showers, etc. are clean, and the pitch is clean with an electrical connection. The building is somewhat aging from the outside, but everything inside is clean and intact. The restaurant is directly on the site with a small playground. Washing machine and dryer are available. Drink and cigarette vending machine. It is advisable to shop beforehand as there is no roll service. This is also mentioned on the homepage. Dogs are allowed; we even received a welcome package for our furry friend. So all in all, perfectly fine. Criticism: The permanent campers and their "No Trespassing" signs. Parts of the site look shabby and rundown because of the permanent campers. However, these are only individual sites from campers.

Some drawbacks as the Wi-Fi is not very good. Otherwise, during my stay: - the site, as well as all sanitary facilities, were clean and in very good condition. - all staff were always friendly and helpful! - the restaurant right at the site is very good and recommendable. - charging station for mobile phones and bicycle batteries is available. - washing machine and dryer are also available. All in all, a great stay, I would love to come back and can only recommend the site!

We stayed for two nights at the campsite. The showers are currently being renovated. Unfortunately, there is only one dishwashing sink available. The operator was friendly; there are no (or hardly any) marked plots, you can basically just set up wherever you want – which resulted in us suddenly having neighbors just 1 meter from our caravan after a trip, and we wouldn't have been able to set up a table and chairs, let alone a tent! Nice surroundings, great walking paths right from the site.

The Albgau campsite is now called Albgau Camping. Due to the change in campsite management, a lot has happened there. The campsite is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the kitchen is excellent. Unfortunately, the new tenants are still struggling with the bad reputation caused by the former owner.
