Who is looking for peace......
We were at the campsite last weekend from Friday to Sunday. On Thursday afternoon, a storm with hail raged there. On Friday, the day of arrival, the site was still not cleaned up. Beautiful quiet place
We were here over Easter. Nice pitches, very clean and beautiful sanitary facilities. Even the Euro for the shower (without time limit) is not a bother. The site manager is very friendly and helpful. The positive aspect of the site is that it is well organized. The pitches are spacious and well-separated, some with their own terrace including chairs/table. Great campsite, plenty of space & clean!
Very friendly site manager, plenty of space (paved area & meadow area with seating), comfortable toilets, super showers, well organized, very nice surroundings (hiking trails, Kassel, Edersee). Not cheap!

Quiet Place
We were here for two weeks and really liked it, sanitary facilities very clean, restaurant very tasty and prices normal. Campground owners very friendly and helpful. A very quiet place despite dogs. Great hiking and biking trails, we will gladly come back.

The campsite is located right next to the Hochwald forest and offers exceptional comfort for every type of holiday. Both couples and families with children are very welcome here.
Family-friendly campsite by the Habichtswald in Hesse
Situated in the Habichtswald Nature Park in Hesse, the Erzeberg holiday complex offers the highest level of comfort in the midst of charming surroundings. The centre of Bad Emstal is around 6 km away. The generously sized pitches are spread across a lovely meadow area with medium-high trees. All pitches have electricity and some also have a TV connection as well as a waste water and fresh water connection. There is a supermarket just 800 metres away. In the high season, guests can take advantage of the bread roll service. The campsite's own restaurant with sun terrace is particularly cosy, where you can enjoy delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere. The campsite has an exclusive wellness area with a sauna landscape, a swimming pool and an adventure shower.
Habichtswald adventure
Campers can explore the beautiful nature of northern Hesse by bike, car or on foot from the Erzeberg holiday complex. The campsite is located in the Habichtswald Nature Park, a popular holiday destination with numerous attractions. The Habichtswaldsteig trail runs 85 kilometres through northern Hesse from Edersee to Zierenberg and leads through the fairytale home of the Brothers Grimm.
