This vacation destination is just right for my family, even with grandma. There is a lot going on, you can find everything in the market, and starving is impossible. We will definitely see each other again in 2027. Highly recommended for families with children.

Good short vacation with many leisure offerings
We felt very comfortable in the bungalow and on the entire site. We also greatly appreciated the fly screens on the windows. Only the refrigerator offers little space due to the shelf in the door. - Design flaw! :-) The beds were good, the mattresses as well. Thanks to the trees, the bungalows do no… More

Nice vacation spot for young families
We have been there for the 3rd time as a family with small children. Until now, we always had a family house, this time Harmony. We would prefer the family houses as the feeling fits better with the park. Our stay was, as always, very nice. We just had an incident with 2 staff members who simply cam… More

In a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Senftenberg, the Senftenberg Family Park in the Lower Lusatian Lakeland offers camping fun at the highest level. The multi-award-winning site offers beautiful pitches close to the water, a shallow sandy beach and plenty of leisure activities for young and old. It's no wonder that the site is one of the most popular campsites for families in Brandenburg.
The Senftenberger See family park is located in a pine forest directly on the shore of Lake Senftenberg in the former lignite mining region of Lusatia in southern Brandenburg. The site covers an area of 14 hectares and offers spacious motorhome pitches and plots for caravans ranging in size from 100 to 140 square metres, allowing plenty of privacy and open space. The pitches in the immediate vicinity of the gently sloping sandy beach are particularly popular. From here it is only a few steps from the caravan to the water. The comfort pitches and forest pitches are equipped with a 170 CEE power connection and a water pump. It is also possible to empty the cassette toilets and supply gas bottles. In addition to the pitches, lovely holiday homes for up to 6 people are also available to rent in the Senftenberger See family park. The rental accommodation has its own bathroom, several bedrooms, a kitchen and a TV connection. Campers without a caravan can stay in the fully equipped caravans (fridge, kitchen, furniture).
The modern sanitary facilities leave nothing to be desired and offer dishwashers, washbasins, washing machines and tumble dryers. The cosy Restaurant Seestern invites you to dine. You can enjoy three main meals there, and there are also barbecue and schnitzel evenings. The adjoining beer garden is a lively and sociable place to enjoy a cool drink. If you like fresh bread rolls on your breakfast table, you can get them in the morning in the small shop, which also stocks other everyday products and camping items. Out of consideration for other guests, dogs and other pets are not permitted at the Senftenberger See family park. Campers travelling with a dog are best advised to contact the neighbouring harbour camp. Four-legged friends are very welcome here. There are also moorings for motorised boats. The centre of the village of Großkoschen can be reached in just under ten minutes from the Senftenberger See family park. There are further shopping facilities and numerous restaurants there.
The camping park is particularly popular with families because of its wide range of leisure activities. The on-site sandy beach is the perfect place to spend carefree summer days by the water. Thanks to the gently sloping shore, it is particularly suitable for younger children. Right next door is the large play garden, where parents and children can spend many fun-filled hours. There are table tennis tables, a water slide, trampolines, minigolf, an active playing field, a climbing wall and a bowling alley. In the high season, the children's entertainment programme with craft mornings and other activities ensures a good mood. A cinema, playroom, bicycle, e-bike and pedal bike hire as well as regular campfire evenings round off the varied offer.
The Senftenberger See family park is the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful Lusatian Lake District - either on foot, by bike or on the water. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails around the lake. Right next to the holiday park, you can also hire a boat from the boat hire shop and get to know the lake landscape from a different perspective. For families with children, the nearby Hoyerswerda Zoo or the Kleinwelka dinosaur park are great excursion destinations. Senftenberg Castle and Fortress and the town harbour are also worth a visit.
The Senftenberger See family park is a popular place for a camping holiday with the whole family, especially in the peak summer season. You should therefore book a pitch in advance to be on the safe side. On PiNCAMP you can book many campsites quickly and easily with just a few clicks of the mouse. With the ADAC Campcard, you also get discounts and extras such as free bread roll service and other benefits.
