A campsite under new management and it is clear that something great is developing here. Spacious pitches, clean sanitary areas, and a beer garden on site with good food. There is no private access to the lake, but the beach is just across the road, and for dog owners, there is a designated dog area nearby. You can enjoy beautiful walks along the canal on the other side of the campsite, and the bike ride to Klagenfurt is very doable - so it’s a campsite in a great location. The staff in all areas is super friendly and helpful, and the management is very, very attentive - I have rarely experienced this. I look forward to returning !

We were in Klagenfurt for a concert and stayed overnight at the campsite. The reception was friendly, and we were lucky to be allowed to access the site a bit earlier.
