On the steep banks of Vejle Fjord, Dancamps Trelde Næs offers a variety of nature experiences on the coast of southern Denmark. The family-friendly campsite with rental accommodation as well as caravan and motorhome pitches is located by the water-rich Lillebælt Nature Park with beautiful beech forests, green ravines and a child-friendly sandy beach, which can be reached via a wooden staircase along the cliffs. The campsite's own water park with slides and adjoining wellness area including sauna and whirlpools also invites you to swim and relax. Away from the campsite, maritime adventures such as whale safaris, fossil hunting, fishing trips and diving in the underwater worlds of the Little Belt await. Coastal walks and a stroll through the centre of the tranquil fortified town of Fredericia are also worthwhile. A local attraction is the Madsbypark with its petting zoo, rowing pond and fun train.
