In these times, one prefers to ask beforehand whether there is even space. They said one should just arrive. Easier said than done. We had to find out that the actual campsite consists only of permanent campers. The tourist area is located outside the actual site and is more of a large meadow (but wonderfully beautiful). Water and electricity are included. Nevertheless, the paths to the sanitary facilities (new and well-maintained) are relatively long. There is no shop to be found (beer, butter, whatever one might need). The beach at the site is beautiful, and the playground there is in good condition. The restaurant has a snack bar level. The site seems to have aged; the permanent campers could use a little effort. Very expensive in terms of price. We had to pay an additional 8 euros per night for our 11-year-old's small tent in front of our caravan. But the proximity to Berlin and the hype make it possible... the site has potential; one just needs to make something of it.

Chemical toilet not available. No water. Caravans cost more than motorhomes. 2 people + caravan €28 and the bathroom was far away. Gas was empty at half-past eight at night, other than a disgusting response nothing came. With 2 small children, it was really bitter at 3 degrees. Playground has deteriorated, many neglected plots. Instead of relaxation, now a thorough cleaning due to fire next to the caravan from the site staff.

Once upon a time there was a well-kept, tidy campsite. Look at the "parking area" behind the reception... it is still advertised on the door and on the campsite's homepage with the stars that the previous owner worked hard to earn. However, this site is no longer certified. Therefore, no standards need to be met. After a 2-year renovation of the two sanitary buildings, the windows in the shower are bricked up, sinks are covered with a plate. The too-short faucets constantly get everything wet, even with the greatest care when washing. The family bathroom is unusable. Wires have been hanging from the ceiling since the renovation... petting zoo had to be abolished. Long-term campers have to pay a wear-and-tear fee for keys to the toilets/washrooms and gates. If you have a complaint, the response from the current owner is, "If you don't like it, you can leave. This is my place, and I can do what I want." That's why there are no stars anymore. No wonder the stairs and paths continue to deteriorate.

It is beautifully quiet and green, perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the old tenant of the guesthouse is no longer here this season. There isn't really anything for children to play with on site; it has been closed off, it wobbles and is no longer suitable for play. The path to the caravans is now just hole after hole and is not being repaired. The petting zoo is also no longer there. There should definitely be more offered for children.

We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained to us in detail. The reserved parking space was generous, with electricity and water connection. The sanitary facilities were mostly clean. For the shower, I would have wished that my dry clothes and shoes would stay dry too. Unfortunately, the shower head sprayed in all directions. The area is very relaxing. We hiked around the lake and could relax at the small sandy beach. There are playgrounds for the children. We can highly praise the inn, very hospitable, even to children, and the food was very delicious. In conclusion, we can recommend it and will definitely come back.

Parking spaces are very small, without a mover it is very difficult to park.

A beautiful campsite. Unfortunately, the enthusiasm and dedication of the previous owner have not transferred to the new owner. Paths that are not repaired, pillars at the beach access that fall down, everything remains unrepaired. The slogan is "it remains unspoiled by nature". Thus, they save themselves the work. There is also a slow change towards becoming a garden area. Small fences, gates, and many decorative figures indicate this. This is not compatible with the safety distance required for fire protection. Every year a new tenant takes over the restaurant and is soon gone. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities has thankfully improved in recent years. For a two-week vacation, it is a lovely environment that offers plenty of excursions even in bad weather. Unfortunately, the described petting zoo resembles a pitiful sight and very much disappoints the children.
