Baia Holiday Centro Turistico San Nicola

The spot is one of the few places here that has an absolute dream location. The pitches are sufficiently large and well-maintained. The beach and the bay are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The washrooms are in need of renovation, but they are clean. The animation program is subtle, and the food at the restaurant is good. We felt comfortable here. Unfortunately, there is a severe ant infestation, which is why all pitches are being heavily treated and sprayed to address anything that touches the ground.

The place itself is very nicely located and clean and it’s a very nice beach. There are a lot of ants at the site. The sanitary facilities and dump areas are in absolute need of renovation. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the place is far too expensive.

The place was great, after the sale to Baia Holiday it has absolutely declined! The great hosts in the bar and restaurant were fired, the service in both establishments is now subpar, as is the menu. The sanitary facilities are old and dirty, no water drainage and supply at the site, at least 2 times a day nonsensical announcements like in a barracks, Baia Holiday has practically only invested in ugly mobile homes. What remains is a fantastic location, for which Baia H cannot be blamed - at outrageous prices! Example: family with 2 children in the high season, front row: 130 € per day! after the sale: pure extortion!

Paradiso Platz 2 row beach 12m away but everything built up by the First Row no view of the sea I find that over 100€ way too expensive. The sanitary facilities have seen better days. General cleanliness (no trash) but a lot of environmental dirt everywhere. Look behind the hedge!!! A lot of old debris from tree waste. Place is very loud from 9pm to midnight due to bar music from 3 different sides. I don't understand how ADAC could award 4.5 stars in 2023. Supermarket is not good either. We won't be coming back...

Good things: beautiful beach, pitch in the front row... but that's it with the positive... 120€ for a campervan, 2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog is quite a hefty price! There isn’t even a power connection directly at the site; the nearest one is over 20 meters away. Of course, there are no extension cords, and the unfriendly gentleman at the reception suggested I just go buy one myself. There is also no water connection at the site. The sanitary facilities are okay, but at this price, one can expect better since everything is very old! The site is not worth the long drive, the price, and the poor service!!! As stated in the title, it's a pure rip-off, as after the long drive, you have no desire to look for something new. Why does ADAC recommend this place???? That would be nice to know???.

At a 4.5-star site, and also an ADAC "tip", one would expect at least at the better sites, which are not exactly inexpensive, a water connection at the plot, as well as at the camper service! All water taps at the site do not have a threaded connection! The sanitary facility is very old. The bay and the well-kept beach are undoubtedly beautiful. Unfortunately, the good host is no longer there.
