Campingplatz Waldpark Hohenstadt

We stayed for 2 nights at the campsite, which is located not far from the A 8. For transit campers, there are some fairly large pitches near a small sanitary building with toilets and washrooms. In the large sanitary building, there were showers that were not very inviting, but very clean. The sanitary facilities could use some renovation. At the campsite, you can eat very well at an Italian restaurant.

The campsite is located near the A 8 motorway and is easy to access. The overnight sites for transient campers are close to a small sanitary building with toilets and wash cabins (very clean). The large sanitary building is also very clean but outdated. The price-performance ratio is right, so one can overlook the small flaws. The operator is very nice. You can eat well at the pizzeria on the site. The operators are also very nice.

For an overnight stay, the spot would be okay, just not at site number 40, seasonal campers with a penchant for Andrea Berg and not exactly quiet, and unfortunately, lyrical! Not recommended if you want peace! The other spots would be okay!

Generous pitches, very quiet, very beautiful hiking area (car is necessary). Ideal for cycling. Very good information at the reception, friendly and very accommodating. Price-performance ratio is very good. Sanitary facilities are old but clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights for an Easter short trip. Very friendly on the phone and also on-site. Uncomplicated handling of the stay. If you're not looking for the hustle and bustle of an animation village but a place to relax, this is the right spot. Absolutely quiet location. We really enjoyed the hours in the sun in front of our caravan. Sanitary facilities not new but well maintained, and the shower tokens are okay given the cheapest total price, and were indeed included for free with the ADAC Card offer.

Very friendly preliminary communication. Mid-March for 20 EUR (CampCard) a great deal. The Italian restaurant had just opened for the season - delicious as always. Unreserved recommendation as both a stopover and a holiday spot as a starting point for exploring the beautiful Alb. We will come back.

For the stop between Stuttgart and Ulm on the journey south, in an ideal location, just a few minutes from the highway. The parking space is spacious, suitable for a camper with awning, and directly at the parking space is a sanitation building. However, to shower you must go down to the large building, but that's okay. The upper facility is friendly and new with restrooms and washing areas, the lower one is probably from earlier times and is in dire need of renovation. The pizzeria at the site with outdoor terrace is recommended. 3.50 euros for electricity and shower tokens for 50 cents upon request are extreme. Otherwise, 21 euros/night.

The small pool has been defective since 2017 and will no longer be repaired. So it is no longer usable.
