We were stopping for a night at the camping site. For us, this was completely sufficient and perfect for a night to stay. The toilets and shower containers were very clean and totally adequate for one night.

The water slide has been out of operation for several years due to low water in the lake

Beautiful campsite with a lot of charm, Showers for men were very good and for women, shower containers have just been set up; presumably, their shower and toilet area is currently being renovated. Very nice beach.

The "Star" is the Hassesee, an older opencast mining lake with a diameter of several hundred meters, very good bathing quality, surrounded by natural shores and a 500m pristine, well-maintained sandy beach (of which about 1/4 is for nudism) with a huge gently sloping sunbathing lawn above. Baltic Sea feeling! For the variably intense beach operation and the approximately eight surrounding areas of the campsite, everything you need is really right there at the beach. In the central area, there is a snack bar with bread service, another kebab-pizza-pasta snack ... Everything is not huge and ultra-modern, but tidy and well-maintained. Beach and camping are well-coordinated. Unfortunately, there is no possibility for larger shopping within walking or short biking distance. Nearest town: Weißenfels, where there is a lot of "history", excursion and other leisure opportunities. In July 2022, there was a very nice atmosphere, even with the permanent campers and regular guests of the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ok, it always depends on how you behave yourself ... Not even a youth fire brigade camp taking place simultaneously with my stay in the "Festwiese" area was loud to hear or disturbed. Not an absolute top place, but definitely worth a recommendation!

We were here at the Hasse campsite in August 2020. The lake is beautifully situated and also very clear and warm. Unfortunately, the campsite has many things that do not meet standards. Furthermore, during the current COVID-19 times, there was little distancing and no safety concept in place. Cleaning and other staff did not wear masks. No social distancing at the beach. - No shop to buy small items. - Buns only available at the kiosk. - Lack of emergency lighting at night in some areas. - Missing signage for escape route plans. - Uneven walkways due to protruding older fence attachments, very dangerous. Not suitable for older people. - Not wheelchair accessible in the lower toilet facilities. - No separate washing facilities for children. - Dishwashing facilities only 2 basins in the outdoor area E. - No waste disposal options, lighting, and only cold water partially in the dishwashing area. - Due to the nearby beach pool, day guests could move freely on the campsite. Did not see any security during the day or night. - Depending on the location of the pitch, very long power cables are required. Here in area E, there is only 1 power box for all parcels. - Some parcels are partially paved with cobblestones, many of which are broken. - Many parcels only have a thick layer of dust. No gravel stones. Very muddy when it rains. - In some parcels, a lot of debris and glass shards. This campsite did not meet our expectations.

Clean place, beautiful beach pool, great lake! It was very relaxing, not overcrowded. Only the staff could be friendlier, especially towards children; both the lifeguard and the guy at the trampoline were very unfriendly.

The campsite has its own beach, sufficient toilets, a trampoline, several kiosks, and is very well maintained. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.
