The natural campsite, which is open all year round, is located in the small town of Trendelburg in northern Hesse at the foot of a medieval castle complex. We were traveling with a motorhome and can therefore only evaluate this situation. Standard pitch, reception opening hours are rather limited. Friendly and accommodating staff, unheated sanitary facilities, reception entrance quite dirty, no wastewater disposal and water supply on site, for that you have to go to the municipal motorhome site.
