Camping- und Ferienpark Surendorf

Manageable space with some camper spots. Sanitary facilities clean, if the person in front of me had behaved, sites large enough and grass. Unfortunately, no shop on site and the supermarket is quite a climb uphill. At the back end, the path to the sea is only accessible via very steep, longer stairs.

The location right on the coast is great. Especially when you have a spot in the front row. A campsite that consists of 80% permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are very clean. A place that is good for passing through or for one or two days. In the village, there is a supermarket, a bakery, and three restaurants on the beach. Water sports are also offered.

Small campground with new sanitary facilities. Particularly in the front row, there is a fantastic view of the beach and the sea. The price-performance ratio is very good.

Nice reception, sanitary facilities very clean, had a spot with a view of the Baltic Sea. Rolls are available about 2 kilometers away from the site. (In high season, roll service on site) The restaurant offers good food. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Calling and booking a day in advance (was hassle-free) is otherwise difficult. The area is overcrowded with long-term campers, with some unpleasant spots. Our place was okay, with a view of the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, there are far too few of those available... everything is full of long-term campers 🤦‍♂️ The toilets are clean, bread rolls at the site. The beach is nice, but water shoes are needed as it is stony. We will come back.

+The site is located on a slope, therefore slightly elevated, with a view of the Baltic Sea. The toilets, showers, and washbasins are very clean and available in large numbers. The large sandy beach with beach chairs, eateries, and toilets is a dream. - without the moon and the sometimes amusing fairy lights of the permanent campers, we wouldn't have found the toilet at night. There is no 'path lighting'.

We were there for one night to try it out, on pitch 367, to potentially spend the annual holiday afterwards. We experienced a total fiasco. We were forced to turn the caravan 90 degrees for absurd reasons. Everywhere were prohibition signs. Never again this campsite. I prefer camping in Denmark where campers are given unrestricted trust.

We were very warmly welcomed even after the designated opening hours. The sanitary facilities are modern and absolutely clean and also very well-kept. The spa beach is free of larger stones, so it is a sandy beach. There are various offerings along the small beach promenade. A small shopping market in the village is also easily reachable on foot. We felt very comfortable.
