Well situated by a reservoir. The surroundings are beautiful but very quiet. While cycling we did not come across any terraces or beer gardens. Nice swimming lake with a small sandy beach. If you are at the bottom of the lake, you must step up steeply to reach the showers, the washing up area, the restaurant, and the reception. If you are not very mobile, this is not the right campsite for you. There is a small building with 2 toilets by the lake, but it is often too busy, and you cannot shower or wash dishes there. Being by the lake does not mean you have a lake view due to bushes. There is a Greek restaurant next to the campsite. Unfortunately, we did not find it good. Too much salt was used and you are in a tent where it is way too hot.

Fantastic beautiful campsite right by the Haselbachsee, sunny and quiet location, terraced grounds, modern clean sanitary facilities! Friendly reception! Wonderful cycling paths! One of them leads to the picturesque Dinkelsbühl! We highly recommend the campsite!
