Very nicely located quiet spot. Great for relaxing. Only separated from the lake by a train line (doesn't run at night). Direct hiking and cycling paths lead from the spot. Kiosk and restaurant are not open, but there is a fridge with soft drinks, grill meat/sausages, milk, etc. outside the receptio

The campsite is large and laid out in terraces. There are different categories; however, the ground is partly asphalt and partly hard gravel. Tent pegs hardly stand a chance, as you need harder equipment. The reception staff are very friendly and the booking process is uncomplicated. The sanitary fa

I have been coming back to this campsite since my childhood. A place for big, small, and furry campers. The pitches are nicely spacious and covered with gravel, which we as campers prefer. If one does not insist that every pitch must have a water or sewage connection, then one can manage well with t

This campsite is in a good location right by the lake. From there, you can watch spectacular sunsets. The restaurant right by the lake is well-suited for this. The need for coins for the showers is somewhat outdated, and the sanitary facilities could be a bit cleaner. The pitches are somewhat crampe

The campsite is an average place for me but has modern and clean sanitary facilities. It stands out due to its great location right by the lake. There is a railway line in front of the campsite (however, we didn’t hear anything from it). The plots are separated by lines on the ground. You are quite

We really liked the place. We were four here in August and felt completely comfortable and well looked after. Would love to come back.

Gastronomic offers
For an unforgettable camping holiday with the whole family, the comfortable Schluchsee campsite offers an extremely quiet and natural location directly on a bathing lake, a child-friendly atmosphere and a wide range of leisure activities.
The campsite, which is open all year round, is around 4 hectares in size and also welcomes dogs. The 240 mostly parcelled-out pitches for holidaymakers have an area of between 75 and 90 m² and offer a high level of comfort with well-maintained sanitary facilities, electricity connections, water access and Wi-Fi throughout the site. In addition to the children's playground and a volleyball court, the pebble beach with sunbathing lawn directly on the lake, which is accessible via a short footpath, provides leisure fun for young and old alike. The Schluchsee, which is considered the largest lake in the Black Forest, is suitable for swimming, boating and fishing. Delicious refreshments and snacks are available at the adjacent kiosk. Hot meals are also served in the restaurant. Alternatively, you can cook for yourself in the evening in the communal kitchen or the cosy barbecue area. There are also a variety of cultural and natural leisure options outside the campsite. The famous 3-lake railway runs several times a day between Seebrugg and Titisee from Schluchsee railway station, just 2 km away. The ride on the historic steam train, past the picturesque nature of the Black Forest, is one of the most popular excursions in the region for both nature and history lovers. A detour to the Hochschwarzwald fun park, approx. 2 kilometres away, is also a popular day trip, especially for families.
