Access route
Turn off from the B199 (Flensburg-Kappeln) towards Pommerby in Gelting, then towards the sea at the edge of the village. Signposted.

Dog cages allowed, very unfortunate
I don't think it's good that dog fences can be built around the plot. It encourages dogs to have free reign for their 'business'. A subsequent camper with possibly a small child lets the child crawl and play on the same grass where dogs have previously done their business.

Very Bad Experience
Did not reserve, upon arrival said 2 or 1 night stay, and after the first night departed but we had to pay for a 2-night reservation, never again, sanitary facilities like in the Stone Age, no specific spots, but prices like at the best campsite, so hinting at a bad experience in all of Germany.

Nice little campsite right by the dike
We felt very comfortable in this place, the beach is not great for swimming, but that’s not what we wanted. Right by the dog beach, perfect for us! You can quickly reach the nature reserve "Geltinger Birk" by bike.

Great view of the Baltic Sea
In the front row, you have a direct view of the sea, which is unbeatable. The seats are sufficiently large, and the sanitary facilities are clean. Small beautiful site directly on the Baltic Sea
Due to the location and size, we chose this site. Location very nice, spaces sufficiently large. Washhouses adequate and always clean. Staff very friendly. Beach for everyone, whether normal, nudist or dog-friendly. Snack bar on site recommended. COVID measures well implemented.

Pure Relaxation
Cozy little place with personal communication. Sea in front, canola fields behind, and otherwise very much tranquility. I have been there several times.

Very beautiful campsite with a view of the Baltic Sea
It is a very beautiful and quiet campsite right by the Baltic Sea. If you can stay in the first row, it is really very nice. 1st row with a direct sea view. The owners and staff are very nice and welcoming. The sanitary facilities were very clean, however, the showers only have a curtain and no benc… More
