Our favorite place for a quick getaway

The campsite is our favorite place for short or even longer weekends. The highlight for our children is the swimming pond, where you can discover and observe many newts, dragonflies, and occasionally even some small snakes. For city kids, who panic at every little bug, this place is not suitable. The kiosk is well-stocked and offers a variety of good quality dishes at reasonable prices. The pitches are quite large, with permanent campers and tourists accommodated in different areas. The sanitary facilities are clean, although one must purchase shower tokens. The owner is a character who rarely enforces the site rules loudly, but some just don’t understand any other way. Overall, a place to feel good.

We stayed here for 7 days and can only say it was great. I cannot understand the other negative reviews; we were here with 2 children and a dog, and everything was superb. The owner is very nice and remains a human. We will come here more often and I can recommend it to everyone.

Without any understandable reasons given, we were told on the day of arrival that we should check out by 8 o'clock the next day. The grill, which we had just lit before, is allowed at the site, was considered an open fire. The neighbors all didn't understand it either; the tenant claims he uses his grill without fire. Not recommended for anyone.

This campsite has a beautiful swimming lake and is idyllically located at the edge of the forest, hence its name. In addition to the clean sanitary facilities, there is also a lot to offer in terms of culinary experiences.

We were at this place over the weekend. Our children and we felt very comfortable. The area was clean and nice for kids. The natural swimming pool was fine, despite the longer heat, the water was not full of algae or had gone bad. We will definitely come back again.

There are rats in the campsite area. 4 pieces in the meadow in front of the building, with showers, registration, and a garden restaurant, noticed on the evening of arrival. The next day, no 10 meters from the pitch, another rat came out of a rat hole (entrance to the burrow). The later comment from the operator, to my reminder regarding the rats (amused) was that there are rats at every campsite! We had checked in for a longer time, but then left directly on the evening of the same day after another negative incident. We had our Labrador female dog and an 8-week-old hunting puppy with us. He relieved himself in a spot (on a hillside edge) where no tent or caravan could be set up. My wife had the bag in hand and immediately removed the matter. The operator saw this and loudly started a completely unnecessary and unprofessional discussion. Of course, there was not a single bag in the provided dog toilet for both days. (We had enough ourselves) As a result, it was clear to me that dog owners are basically not welcome. The site is also not suitable in terms of its design. For fairness, it should also be mentioned that the operator later relented and suggested that we should leave the next morning instead. I would have paid for the entire duration, but only had to pay for one day.

Very clean, nice owners and neighboring campers, small bistro and great natural lake. For us, one of the best campsites.
