It's outrageous what the boss allows himself. He allocates us the seats, tells us how we should position ourselves, only to complain later that we positioned ourselves differently than he thought. He lies to us and claims the opposite. If he didn't speak so quickly, he would hear and possibly understand what he himself is saying. Absolutely unacceptable. He left us free to reject immediately. WE OBVIOUSLY DID THAT IMMEDIATELY. I won't put up with such nonsense. Simply unbelievable.

Modern washrooms, tourist sites close to the beach promenade. An optimal place for beach lovers, cyclists, water sports enthusiasts, and hikers with nice communication. The only suggestions for improvement: Transponder shower times should be programmed for 60 seconds, access paths around the tourist meadow should be gravelled or paved to reduce dust. We will definitely come back.

Nice place with good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern and very clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the showers are quite cramped, and there are no separated sinks. The chip system is somewhat impractical. Great kitchens. Overall highly recommended.

The location is oriented to the south and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is a typical natural beach for the Baltic Sea. Thanks to the nearby Rewe market, we were able to easily supply ourselves. Neustadt has a nice center (2 km) with an attractive harbor. The washhouses are top modernized. There is a kitchen, perhaps better equipped than at home. The manager tries to find solutions for booking requests and kindly explains his futuristic chip system. The site secretary frequently makes rounds to see if anything needs to be done or if help is needed.

Hospitable the owners. Always there in case of problems.

We were at the Lotsenhaus campground from 01.06 to 03.06.18. The campground itself is very well organized and you can easily find your way around. The obvious toilets and showers, as well as the playground, are very well maintained and hygienic. -HOWEVER.... We had to shockingly observe on Saturday evening how a car drove through the campground after 10 PM (quiet hours). When it stopped, we were horrified to find out that it was the campsite manager with his vehicle. He stumbled out of his vehicle, unsteady and with balance issues, and staggered across the street, disappearing into a side path of the campground!!! For us, it was a shock to see how such a person could act so recklessly and dangerously for the public... BIG MINUS !!!! Appeal to the campground owner !!

Ron Wittmak (the owner) takes care of all the small and larger problems of his guests immediately with his team and has a solution for everything! The team is unbeatable!

The welcome is friendly and very nice, as is the check-in process. The spots for motorhomes, whether in the first or third row, all have a view of the sea. The pitches are large, everyone should have enough space ??. The real annoyance is the sanitary facilities; something needs to be done here! The shower stalls have no shelving options, and the broken hooks are not replaced. Shelves in the individual stalls are broken, and again, nothing is done. The hygiene and the timing of the cleaning should be reconsidered! This needs to be addressed. Overall, we will come back when we are in the area. The site has a great location, also for outings by train to Hamburg, etc.
