Campingplatz Lange Wisch

We were here for the first time in May 2025. In September, we were drawn back here again. We booked a spot with a lake view both times. There is a slipway that can also be used as a dog beach. Perfect for canoeing/kayaking and SUP. The sanitary facilities are new, modern, and have always been clean during our stays. The sanitary building can only be accessed with a key card. The site itself does not have a roll service. There is a bakery within less than five minutes of walking. Also a tapas beach bar and pizza delivery service. From the site, you can take beautiful bike tours through nature. Depending on your sensitivity, the nearby main road can be a disadvantage. It did not bother us. The site is worth a trip, and we will come back, no question!

We spent 2 very nice weeks in Ascheberg at the long Wisch. The owners and the staff were always friendly and very attentive. The sanitary facilities were brand new, well-maintained, and very clean. For the children, there are 2 playgrounds and a sandy beach. The lake is very shallow, you can walk and swim quite far in.

Beautiful location, quite new sanitary building, super clean, sufficiently large pitches with electricity and water at the site. Nice beach bar on the lakeshore rounds off the very good impression. The fact that there is no kiosk or roll delivery does not bother us. Everything can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Clear recommendation.

We were with two adults, two small children, and a dog for 5 nights at the site. The tidy site is located right by Lake Plön, has very large pitches, and modern sanitary facilities. There is a small playground by the lake and a larger one towards the road. The lack of shopping facilities on the site is not a problem as there is a good bakery and two supermarkets within walking distance. The tapas bar on site is also recommended. There is a dedicated beach area for dogs and many options for walks along the paths around the lake. The only negative point is the paid, mediocre Wi-Fi. At this price, a top campground, we will come back.

The new washhouse is super modern. It is currently under further construction. Washing machines, dryers, and sinks will be added. At the moment, there is one (1) washing facility for the entire site. There is water and electricity available at each spot. The area has been redesigned with a lot of love. The planting is beautiful. There is good access to the water, and for children, the place is fantastic. Splashing, water, playground. Unfortunately, the site is located next to a busy federal highway. This makes it very noisy. Wi-Fi is available as an additional option. 4 devices can be booked for a specific number of days. However, there are also daily outages here, sometimes for several hours. O2 is not available here.

Actually a nice place, right by the lake with everything you need. Almost everything. Unfortunately, the men's washroom is still not finished. There are only 3 toilets in provisional cabins and in the showers, there are currently only shower curtains. There aren't even hooks to hang your things. Supposedly, the cabins are not coming until the end of the year. Very poor organization. This really diminishes the joy of being here.

We were near lakes, still partially in the construction phase. Once everything is finished, it can become a very nice campsite. No bread roll service on site, but a bakery and discount store 300 meters away.

Great place with spacious parking spots, we didn't even have to level the RV 👍 friendly people at the reception and the beach bar. We would love to come back.
