very well located, easily accessible. Very quiet, perfect for vacation. Everything was fine and uncomplicated. We could really enjoy the wonderful swimming lake. Would love to come again.

Two attempts to camp at Camping Idyll – both have failed. The first time I was called on the morning of the arrival day: The campsite is underwater, the reservation must unfortunately be canceled. Second attempt a few weeks later: I mention that I had booked a few weeks ago, but unfortunately it didn’t work out because of the flooding, and I ask if there are any available spots for the weekend. "Yes, no problem. Two cars, 4 people? We will find a spot for you. Just come by." When I asked if I should send an email for the reservation again, I was told that it wasn’t necessary. On the day of arrival, my friends arrive at the campsite and are told that there is no reservation and the site is fully booked. I call the campsite and the gentleman remembers my call, but instead of apologizing for obviously forgetting us, he cheekily says: "I don't reserve for two nights anyway." Great, he could have told me that directly when I inquired, then we would have looked for another campsite from the start. Especially since it was my birthday and my friends drove several kilometers in vain because of this mess from Camping Idyll. Absolutely unreliable and rude!
