The location is beautiful, friendly ladies at the reception and the circular arrangement also pleased us very much. We felt quite comfortable at the pitch. But the sanitary facilities are quite outdated and no longer meet the standard. They urgently need to be renovated. And whether showers with coin operation (1€ / 4min) are still up-to-date? Other places offer significantly higher standards for the same money.

Circles very good, sanitary very clean (few guests), right on bike paths. Advance reservation and payment !! the duration of stay without refund is not acceptable. Not for spontaneous travelers! Ongoing flight noise Zürich.

Basically a quiet place with plenty of greenery and spacious pitches. Many families with small children, who are usually up very early. The lake is dreamy and right outside the door, but unfortunately so are the mosquitoes. Definitely plan for mosquito protection. There’s plenty of surroundings for hiking and cycling, but not much that kids and teenagers typically want and/or need. In my opinion, there are too few playgrounds, and one euro for four minutes of shower time encourages water conservation. Thanks to the guest cards, you can easily reach a lot by public transport. Anyone wanting to do everything without an e-bike will have to do some pedaling. It's quite hilly. Shopping on site: a baker (very good products), open from 07:30 to 12:30, which also sells some sunscreen and mosquito repellent. For everything else, you have to go to the nearest village supermarket. However, it is in the higher price segment.

The campsite is divided into circles, which we found very interesting and gives the place a unique flair. The staff at the reception and the site manager were very friendly and helpful. The internet has been completely renewed, so we found an excellent Wi-Fi network. Also worth mentioning is the great bread service at the site and the food offerings at the snack bar down by the lake. Takeaway food is also possible here. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated and should be renovated. However, the reception informed us that renovating the sanitary facilities is next on the agenda. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would love to stop by again on future trips - so from us, "Thumbs up"!

We are currently at this beautiful site. Cannot quite understand the poor rating. Very nice spacious pitches, good, clean sanitary facilities, close to the lake with a beautiful beach. Great location for nice walks with a dog. We will gladly come back.

Everything is fine at this spot. Bakery, waste disposal top-notch. Very quiet place, as cars must park outside the caravan. Sanitary facilities are top-class. The round arranged parking spaces are well laid out. Beautiful tree stock. Very well maintained.

Those who know Lake Constance and the mostly tightly arranged camping sites will appreciate, like us, the roundabout with its large green center, tall trees, hedges, and sometimes even a view of the Untersee. We think it's great that the cars stay outside in the parking lot, thus keeping the place simply quieter. The beach is closed from 10:00 PM, and the children from the neighboring AWO campsite are in bed - at night you can only hear the owl calling. We really enjoyed the 5 days in early September. Of course, it would be nice if another sanitary house came soon. The fact that a lot of grass is carried into the sanitary house and many people with their 'grassy' slippers enter the showers and leave 'grassy & muddy' without cleaning is unfortunately due to the campers themselves. Another shopping tip: The farm shop of the family business Glaser, Höristrs. 27 in 78349 Iznang is a nice little bike ride away, is open daily (Mon-Sun) from 9 AM to 6 PM (great for campers), and offers not only its own fruits and vegetables but also many delicious regional products. Conclusion: We will come back next year!

The idea with the roundabouts is great. Unfortunately, there are also places between the roundabouts that significantly limit the effect. WLAN and German network are virtually unavailable. Definitely too few washing and rinsing facilities for the high season. Shopping without a car is unfortunately not possible and with the water level, there's no chance of swimming... only 30 cm of water and then 30 cm of deeper mud.

There is always something to experience at the Horn campsite: Families with children and couples in particular will feel at home on the meadow area. Like-minded people like to meet up at the lido, play minigolf or go sailing. There are playgrounds and soft meadows for smaller children to let off steam.
Thanks to its sunny location on the southern slope of Lake Constance, almost all campers enjoy beautiful views of the glistening water, the green shore opposite and the island of Reichenau. In contrast to other campsites, the caravans and tents in Horn are arranged in a circle between small groups of trees. This creates manageable villages with friendly neighbourhoods in the immediate vicinity of the playgrounds for the little campers. Teenagers will also quickly make friends with whom they can cycle to the neighbouring lido for a swim. Bicycles or e-bikes can be hired on the campsite. The lido boasts a large sunbathing lawn and a long bathing jetty, which is supervised by the DLRG. The lido also has a colourful mini-golf course, a playground with sand and a beach volleyball court. There is a kiosk and a small restaurant serving German and Turkish specialities. Of course, boating enthusiasts won't miss out either: sailing and surfing courses are offered on Lake Constance. For most guests, holidays on Lake Constance take place to a large extent on, in or by the water. As an entertainment programme for younger children, the operators of the Horn campsite have come up with something very special: a children's circus in a matching tent. A holiday at this campsite promises relaxation for the whole family - from big to small.
When the children are happy, the parents are happy too. Thanks to its age-appropriate facilities and the clever circular layout of the pitches, the whole family can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing holiday at the Horn campsite. That's why the sun-favoured site has a particularly friendly atmosphere. Like-minded families come together here to enjoy the great outdoors with their children in summer. This is also reflected in the socialising: people like to barbecue together or sit together until late in the evening. Many campers come back again and again. Of the 260 pitches, 85 belong to permanent campers. But it's not just the holidaymakers who are in a good mood, the staff are too. Campers who are looking for even more peace of mind can find it during prayers in the camping church belonging to the site.
