Campingplatz Hökholz

Great campsite with lots of nature. I was there recently and was very impressed. The sanitary facilities were very tidy and you are welcomed friendly. The site is very family-friendly because of the playground and the soccer field. The beach invites you to relax and explore. Those who know a bit about auctions and minerals can find good stuff here since it is a stone/sandy beach. All in all, I would love to vacation there again at any time.

Great little cozy place with very friendly staff and long-term campers. The sanitary facilities are very clean. Small playground for the kids with new equipment. Nice bike tours possible to places like Eckernförde or Damp. Nice place without much frills, would love to come back!

Beautifully located site on a steep coast with direct access to the Baltic Sea. The site is very well maintained, and the washhouses are very clean. The operators are very nice and try to accommodate the wishes of the campers. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place! The location of the campsite also invites excursions... Kappeln, Eckernförde, or even Flensburg are easily accessible. We really enjoyed it, and we will definitely come back!!!

We felt very comfortable during our two-week vacation. This was camping like I know and love from the past. Simple and straightforward. Very quiet and very clean sanitation facilities. Everyone was also very friendly. We would gladly come back.

Lovely quiet nature campsite with a nice operator couple and no frills. We were greeted warmly and shown around. Many long-term campers who welcome you kindly. Super clean sanitary facilities and fresh rolls every morning in the little shop, which unfortunately didn't have much else to offer just before the end of the season. Unfortunately, the snack bar was closed due to illness. Great scenic surroundings for cycling and walking. Unfortunately, the beach consists almost entirely of stones. We had a spacious pitch, protected by a row of trees, directly at the steep coast with a great view over the sea. Wi-Fi is sufficient for a few messages or similar, often no connection. Kappeln, Damp, and Eckernförde are not far away. All in all, a relaxing holiday.

We were there with a tent, bus, and 3 children. Despite the changeable weather, we had 3 very nice days. The children spent a lot of time on their own playground, and with the bicycles we brought, we could travel to viewpoints, shopping opportunities, and other campsites with playgrounds. Fresh breakfast rolls were available at the campsite's own kiosk. The sanitary facilities were always very clean, and I found the solution at the reception to provide toilet paper charming (I unfortunately don't know why there are so many people who steal toilet paper in large quantities or distribute it everywhere in bathrooms). Both O2 and Telekom had very variable reception. Anyone relying on fast internet will not find it here. Wi-Fi was available throughout the campsite, but also at holiday speed. This is certainly sufficient for checking the weather and sending vacation greetings, but not for working or watching Netflix. The site is dominated by permanent campers who warmly welcome you with the typical "Moin." As the changeable campers gather together, everyone gets along well.

The campsite is run by a family, and that's how it feels there too. Everything is very family-oriented. The natural beach is great, just because it is a natural beach. We collect beautiful stones. Walks from the steep coast are very relaxing. And a highlight is every single unique sunset.
