Good beer garden with great staff. Sanitary facilities available, possibly somewhat undersized for the number of guests. Early departure, between 07:00 and 09:00 not possible, as the barriers are closed.

On television, it's portrayed as larger than life! Furthermore, there's a terrible booking policy online. Normal spots are blocked so that the overpriced spots by the lake must be prioritized for booking! When asked about it, only silly excuses are given. Over the weekend, it's bearable, but over 2 weeks with kids it becomes tedious and really expensive.

We spent a week in paradise. The large sanitary building was closed for renovation, which wasn’t a problem as there was also the small green sanitary building. It was clean (at least at the beginning of the week when we were almost alone) but on the weekend, when the place was fuller, you could tell that some didn’t take cleanliness seriously. A counter or at least a few hooks would have been nice. Also, the fact that the water was more cold than warm took some getting used to. (It was promised that something would be done about it, but nothing happened). Our spot by the water was great. The surroundings in Caputh and Potsdam are worth experiencing. We enjoy looking at campsites, and were very surprised by the prohibition sign stating that from here it is only for permanent campers; are they something better, or why can't we enter their sanctuary?

It was SUPER, the campsite is right by the lake with grassy pitches. Very good🏖️

Hi, we have nothing to complain about. Everything is good here, everything is clean, nice people. The TV can be a curse or a blessing, we find everything here excellent.

Great campsite, nicely situated, fantastic view of the lake. The lady at the reception could be a bit nicer. I was only there for one day, I arrived at 9 AM, my spot at the lighthouse was occupied with a late check-out, so I could only stand there at 3 PM. That's quite unfortunate, as half a day was already gone. I think the communication could be better; they should inform upon check-in how the bread rolls work, when the restaurant is open, etc. Food was very tasty! The sanitary facilities were clean, I had nothing to complain about. Everything was well-maintained at the campsite, you can see that there are renovations/improvements being made. Perhaps for the mobile shower houses, a fly screen in front of the air vents or something like that. There were many mosquitoes inside. But for the 3 minutes you spend showering, it's not essential.

We had the P7 pitch. A fantastic and well-maintained pitch by the water. The price of 80 euros is justified by the location and condition of the campsite. We found the four small temporary sanitary buildings much more appealing than a large washing house, or as my wife said, "really cute." What you don't see on TV is the amount of work that all the staff put in behind the scenes. The only small downside is the lack of a little shopping opportunity for the essentials. I believe the burgers in the restaurant are hard to beat and simply delicious...keep it up guys...we will gladly come back.

One day is enough to realize that what is shown on TV is a Potemkin village. Underground sanitary buildings that have been promised for how many years now? A miserable place; it's best to write "naturally preserved" to explain the inaction. Waste containers are advertised as the ultimate solution. The only thing that distinguishes this place is the price, which is so high for a reasonable spot that you can book a hotel room in the vicinity for it.
