Hello, we were only here for a weekend. A beautiful campsite. We especially want to highlight the sanitary facilities, simply great! Modern and super clean!! The staff is polite, attentive, and helpful. The only downside is the limited options for washing dishes, which need to be expanded. We would be happy to return.

We were here for two nights. The campsite is very rurally located, but very beautiful. Right on the Fulda. Small site but the plots were all very large. The sanitary facilities were excellent (I've never had better at a campsite). The restaurant was also very good, the staff very friendly. We would come back any time.

Stopped by the site while traveling through. Booked online, chose a plot, and paid with Paypal. Received a QR code, parked, and enjoyed. Unfortunately, we could only stay for 2 nights, but we will come back. Great bike paths, beer garden with a good menu. Nice sanitary facilities and clean. The campsite is worth the trip. We stayed there for 2 nights on our way south and would have stayed longer. Very nice and spacious pitches under shady trees or complete sun pitches. Great and clean sanitary facilities, the latest automatic chemical toilet cleaning was just made available (recognition of all cassettes without adjustment), nice friendly operators, well-maintained place and quiet. We would love to come back!

The city of Kassel with the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and Guxhagen with the Breitenau monastery complex offer a wide range of cultural attractions.
Camping Fuldaschleife - under new management since 2022
The spacious nature campsite has numerous pitches for holidaymakers. The flat meadow area is broken up by shrubs, bushes and trees. The campsite is very easy to reach thanks to its proximity to the A7 motorway. The parcelled out pitches (75 m² - 125 m²) all have their own electricity connection. The large community meadow offers space for caravans even without unhitching. The new sanitary building is state of the art and very comfortable. The beautiful sanitary facilities have a separate children's bathroom, 2 family bathrooms, a changing table and a barrier-free bathroom for campers with limited mobility. Young campers can let off steam in the large playground. There is a table tennis table and plenty of space to play football or basketball on the football pitch. The campsite has a separate restaurant. Fresh bread rolls can be bought daily in the village, at the canoe station and snack bar. If you don't want to spend your holiday in your own camper or tent, you can book one of the cosy camping barrels. Dogs are also welcome on the site. The nearby Fulda river is ideal for canoeing and fishing. The nearby indoor pool in Baunatal and the outdoor pool in Guxhagen are ideal for swimming. The "Radweg 1" cycle path, which leads to numerous interesting cycle tours, is right next to the campsite. Attractive excursion destinations in the surrounding area include the largest mountain park in Europe, the Wilhelmshöhe in Kassel, as well as the Knuell Wildlife Park.
