Eidertal Camping welcomes its holiday guests in the north of Germany in the village of Delve. Situated directly on the banks of the River Eider, campers can try out a variety of water activities here. Whether canoe tours, swimming or simply a leisurely fishing trip, it's hard to get bored here! Children can splash around carefree in the campsite pool. The North Sea is also only 30 kilometres away and can be visited on a day trip. The pitches are located on a mostly flat meadow, which is structured by a few trees and hedges.

The pitch was okay. There was only one very nice staff member for registration, service (restaurant) and help. Electricity extra, showers extra, dogs welcome. Cycling and hiking paths are available, but with the dog there is no way to get to the water, let alone swim. Swimming in the pool on site is possible (only without a dog). The sanitary facilities are in urgent need of repair or renewal. Partially dirty and broken. Not recommended. The price/quality ratio is completely off. Really a shame.

👍 The campsite is small and quiet. Everything is a bit older but always clean, and the owners are super friendly and always helpful. The location is optimal for beautiful cycling tours. There is a village shop and a nice little café nearby. Pitch/Rental Accommodation: The pitch is on grass with paving slabs for the seating area, and electricity, water, and sewage are available at the site. Breads are delivered daily on request to the camper.

👍 The site is cozy and charming. There are some long-term camper spots that appear to be rather seldom occupied. An aging pool, which we were still pleased with and enjoyed using. The warden is a very friendly person who is always reachable and provides fresh rolls in the morning upon request. Site/Rental accommodation: Spot in the sun when it shines. Neatly mowed green grass. The pathways are almost a bit narrow, but it's not too bad as there is always someone available to help if you need it. 👎 The sanitary facilities are somewhat older... A better lighting in the ladies' room would initially be helpful, as the back toilets were rather dark.

👍 Perfect Location/Rental accommodation: Good size 👎 Very quiet, family-friendly campsite that is very clean in a bucolic setting. I really appreciated that the website was translated into French (which is not necessarily the case with other campsites) because I don’t speak a word of German ...
