The most rude customer service I have ever experienced
This camping closes from 1 to 3 o’clock. At the reception it is written that no cars can come in between these hours, but they state nothing about not being able to go out. So we stand in front of the barrier, nobody opens it and my husband calls the internet number to ask. It rings and interrupts. … More

We were at the Bruderhofer campsite in August 22 during the first season of the new operator and again this year in April/May 23. There is room for improvement
The site apparently has new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A restroom has been renovated. However, there is only warm water in the shower. At the sinks, there is only cold water! Not recommended before some changes are made!
We stayed 3 nights at the campsite. The sites are cramped, and when you step out of the motorhome, you land in the dirt. Of course, you could lay out a carpet, but we didn't want to do that for just three nights. Moreover, all the dirt would stick to the carpet. Even just wood chips would be better.… More

disappointing
The parking spaces are far too small and cramped. The sanitary facilities are also dirty and extremely smelly even after cleaning. It seems that the greed for profit is greater than the concern for satisfied and returning guests. Overall a disappointment.

The booking went smoothly via the homepage, which is very appealing and modern. Unfortunately, the site itself does not reflect this. Ideal starting point for excursions
The Bruderhofer campsite is just 4 km from the old town of Constance, which is well worth a visit, with its Roman fort from late antiquity and the famous statue of Imperia at the harbour entrance. A well-maintained gravel path leads from the 100 or so pitches directly to the shores of Lake Constance. Bathing fun is also guaranteed at the Horn outdoor pool, just a ten-minute walk away, where there is also a great playground for children. The boat landing stage with regular connections to Meersburg with its impressive castle complex is also just a ten-minute walk away. A well-developed network of cycle paths awaits active holidaymakers on Lake Constance. The tours take you across the Swiss border, for example, to the island of Reichenau, which is well worth a visit, or to the Wollmatinger Ried nature reserve, home to around 250 different bird species.
