Terraced area divided by a wide green strip and fire-fighting pond with deciduous trees and hedges. Located on a cliff coast, but with openings to the sea. Partly inclined towards the land and the sea. Greened separate area for groups. Adjacent to military training area.
Approximately 400 m long and 20 m wide, partly sandy gravel beach with groynes.
North of Oldenburg there is a military training area. Therefore, you may have to expect disturbances due to shooting exercises, sometimes even at night. As was learned during the last campground inspection in this area, the shooting exercises are suspended for eight weeks during the summer peak season.

The campsite is located right next to a military area. Very quiet location. We like the secluded position. It's 6 to 8 km to Heiligenhaven by bicycle. Fastest internet we’ve ever had at a campsite, via StarLink. Showers with very old coin machines. Unfortunately, they don’t always work correctly. Therefore, you should always have a "reserve coin" with you. The sanitary facilities were always very clean for us (off-season). Multiple pitches are run by one fuse. If the fuse blows, several pitches will be without power. Therefore, we always had our own power supply at the fridge and not through the pitch. With the electricity, the campsite has to limit this unfortunately, because some campers consume electricity completely excessively and set everything in the camper to maximum power usage, particularly some RVs. We will be back!

The beach was a disaster for us. We paid a total of 30€ for 4 people for waste and electricity. For a total of 2 bags of 20 liters... We found it excessive to charge 5€ per night for the car, guests should be informed beforehand (!) and not only when the bill has already been issued. The restaurant is not recommended from our perspective (in terms of taste). The reception was always friendly and the prices for the rolls were fair. The showers and toilets were unacceptable! On Monday morning, everything was dirty in the men's room, including the toilet seats! In the second toilet building, it didn't look much better! My wife probably got the wrong shower (2nd building, shower 1), because the water happily switched from hot to cold. Conclusion: We will not return!

I have known the place for a very long time, but the developments of late leave me speechless. No more grilling with charcoal for tourists, but the seasonal campers are busy grilling with charcoal. No small campfires in the fire bowl anymore... that's what camping is all about and has not been a problem for years. Five euros extra to stand on the cliff... phew, but five euros for electricity and waste fee is amazing. I don't need electricity, and thus, for a 20-liter bag of waste, since we were there for four days, I paid twenty euros. You can exaggerate everything. You certainly won’t see us again so soon, although it is very disappointing, because we always enjoyed staying with you.

Very beautifully located campground. Outside of the season very nice and quiet, unfortunately right next to the shooting range. Therefore sometimes annoying shooting noise. Sanitary area clean and sufficient. But not particularly beautiful. Staff super nice and friendly, bread order possible and the Greek restaurant on site is great. Another advantage: The pitches are large and there are no rules about how to park.

Hello, we just spent a long weekend at the Blanck-Eck campsite and found our stay fantastic. The pitches are very spacious, which is great for a family with children. The playground is nicely large and has many different play equipment. The sanitary buildings are clean and sufficient. However, a "stopper" for the sink would be useful in the dishwashing area. Here’s a tip: pack one of those for your camper :-) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were even allowed to stay longer on our departure day because we are currently out of season and there were still free pitches available. This allowed us to spend the day in Heiligenhafen again. That was really very nice, and thanks a lot for that again. The campsite is right on the beach, which is also completely adequate. The kids can collect stones and play in the water. We can’t understand what some people say about how bad it is here. You are on the Baltic Sea coast, and there are indeed beaches with stones, plus you won’t hurt yourself here. ;-) You are treated to very beautiful sunsets here. We did not test the restaurant during our short vacation, but it looks nice. What else can be said? You can take beautiful trips to Heiligenhafen or to the island of Fehmarn from the campsite. There is a lot on offer there. Conclusion: Dear Blank-Eck campsite team, we will definitely come back to see you next year. :-) Best regards
