The washhouse like something out of a horror movie. The lake is great.

Alone
I was there with a tent and car. Much too close to the "neighbors." Since I was in a tent, I was dependent on the washhouse and had daily panic about having to shower and brush my teeth there again. The toilets are super new and very modern, but the showers and sinks were only separated by shower curtains on all sides, which I found absolutely horrifying. My spot was full of rocks, getting stakes into the ground was torturous to impossible. Wifi only in the common room. General mobile reception zero. The people next to me barely spoke a word. When the teenagers came, it was loud, and I asked for quiet at 1 am. Not suitable for children. The owner is super nice and tries hard to please everyone.

Very friendly campsite operators! Brand new toilet facilities! Showers okay! Right by a lake! Great location for hiking! When visiting the ski jumping in Willingen, plan to arrive early to find a chance to organize, as it can be a bit difficult!
