Natural idyll with beautiful swimming lake in the pine forest

We were there this weekend with the grandchildren: an ideal place for the kids with a shallow sandy beach by the clean lake. It is popular with day visitors on the weekend; in the evening, you have the idyllic setting to yourself. The facilities are somewhat dated but well-maintained. We were fortunate to get a spot in the front row for the camper van and a tent. A special thanks to Heike, the always friendly and helpful soul of the business. Since our daughter lives in Berlin with the grandchildren, we will surely come back.

Since we wanted to camp with our dog, this campsite was recommended to us. As it is also a nudist place, it was optimal. It is very good that there are 2 lakes side by side so that dogs and bathers do not get in each other's way.

Even though the operator is a bit grumpy, we visit the site several times a year. It is simply kept, without frills, in the midst of nature, by the lake - wonderful. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but always clean. There is no shop on the site, which does not bother, because everything you need can be bought in Groß Köris. Conclusion: If you like it simple and are not demanding, this is the right place for you.

Completely Below Standard

Completely overworked staff, which is logical for a 2-"man" operation. The only sanitary building is so far from the tent pitches that you can't stand too far at the edge of the meadow, as there is constantly urination happening there. The toilets (way too few, with queueing in the morning) lack toilet paper and soap for hand washing, hygiene is non-existent. Anyone brave enough to shower there will have to demonstrate their courage in no other way. Still a real naturist campground, but you can clearly feel that it is a relic from the GDR (unchanged since then), pure nostalgia. The fact that the site is relatively cheap in relation does not redeem the rest, as facilities and service are far below usual standards. Contrary to the ADAC description, there is only one tiny access to swim in the lake. Absolutely not recommended for guests who want to stay longer than one night.

A kind of "forest campsite". The site itself is OK. Showers and toilets are in need of renovation, toilet paper is a roll in front of the stalls for everyone to share. There was hardly any cleanliness to speak of. We didn't dare to shower there. As for the reception, there seems to be no "opening hours"; either he is there or he is not, and if he is not, then you are out of luck.

don't forget toilet paper, showers are great, the place is okay, only the organization could be better, office hours completely unclear, but with agreements, it works quite well.
