Campingplatz am Nidda-Stausee

On 2 rainy days in September, wonderful walks around the lake. Campsites are functional. The campsite is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Unfortunately, only cash payment is possible. Sanitary facilities are outdated but well-maintained and absolutely clean. Greek restaurant on site is fine.

A quiet and very beautifully located campsite by the Niddastausee. The campsite manager is very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facility with showers, cooking facilities, washing machine, dryer, and toilets are clean and well maintained. There is also a cafe, a snack bar, and restaurant. There are many leisure activities available.

Very very dear caretaker, within one minute at the lake, showers and toilets are clean, there is a roll service too, but we haven't used it yet. Parking spaces for cars are directly in front of the door. No complaints whatsoever.

The spaces are very tight and narrow. For vehicles over 7 m, it's very problematic, access to the lake is only possible outside the campsite, the reception is very warm and helpful.

The campsite offers everything the heart desires. Friendly campers, nice groundskeeper. Bread roll service. Gastronomy (1x Greek restaurant, 1x cafe, 1x snack bar). Very clean and well-maintained site. Many recreational opportunities. Such as inline skating, cycling, jogging, walking, swimming whether in the swimming pool or in the very beautiful reservoir.
